As the chairman of the Daliu Township Labor Union, I always put learning at the forefront, and pay close attention to the theoretical factors and political and ideological education of cadres and workers. 3. Maintaining powers and giving full play to the role of trade unions

Rights protection is the top priority of trade unions. In response to the outstanding problems in the work of safeguarding rights, I have promoted the legitimate rights and interests of employees and mobilized the enthusiasm of employees by promoting equal consultations, collective contracts, and the system of workers' congresses and warming activities. The implementation of the staff meeting system in non-public enterprises is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of employees. In the past year, the enterprises with large scale and standardized management in our country have made useful attempts in democratic management and achieved good results. At present, two non-public enterprises in our township have established a system of workers' congresses.

In XX, as the chairman of the labor union of the government, I actively maintained the interests of the employees, organized good things for the employees, and implemented warm-up activities. First, care about the physical and mental health of employees. I am able to insist on visiting and condolences personally at the staff's home, red and white weddings, employees' illness, and major festivals such as National Day, New Year's Day, and Spring Festival. In June of this year, I actively coordinated the county maternal and child health care station and used three days to conduct free gynecological examinations for more than 20 female employees of government agencies to ensure the health of female employees.
