Building a new countryside, development is the foundation. The river was once a famous poverty-stricken village in the suburbs of Beijing, and it was called the “Chenxin River”. In the early days of reform and opening up, under the leadership of the village party branch at that time, the village pulled up a mud-legged construction team of more than 30 people. In the past 30 years, the wind came in the rain. This small rural construction team developed into a special grade. Han Jian Group, a large-scale construction enterprise group with qualifications, has more than 6,000 high- and medium-level engineering and technical personnel and fixed management cadres, with a total of 50,000 employees. At present, the river actually has total assets of 3.6 billion yuan and can control liquidity of 1 billion yuan.
Where is the career development, where is the party organization built, and where the vanguard and exemplary role of party members will be played. In 1978, the Hecun Party Branch had a total of 41 party members. With the development of the village construction team, the village party organization has been continuously developed. As of June this year, the party committee of the Hanjian Group has set up a general branch of the Party Headquarters, a general branch of the Heshan Pipe Industry Party and a total party branch of the Hecun Party Branch, and 40 grassroots party branches, with a total of 471 party members.
The development of the enterprise and the growth of the collective economy do not mean that the people in the village are rich. And the party committee team proposed that the process of developing and expanding the enterprise should be turned into a process of villagers moving towards common prosperity, so that the villagers can live a happy life. Han Jian Group invested 530 million yuan, which lasted 11 years. It built 581 small villa buildings and 21 apartment-style multi-storey residential buildings for the villagers, with a total construction area of ​​nearly 200,000 square meters. The village has 910 households with more than 2,700 people. The new home was relocated and the per capita housing was about 68 square meters. In order to adapt to the development of the new village, the village also planned business and trade zones, industrial zones, cultural and educational zones, office areas, and invested 22 million yuan to implement the "three-dimensional greening project", so that the village's forest coverage rate reached more than 60%.
"To build a new socialist countryside, 'thought richness' is just as important as 'life's prosperity." A group of party members look for one reason: to improve the moral standards of civilization, we must improve cultural quality. The river invested 30 million yuan to build an education center integrating kindergartens, small schools, middle schools and high schools, which can accommodate more than 3,000 people to study at the school. Over the years, children of the school age have not dropped out of school, and many children have been admitted to the university. With the development of construction, tourism and service industries, the employment rate of the river labor force has reached 100%. The river has also established a relatively complete social welfare and security system for some difficult families and villagers.
After hard work, the river became the richest village in the suburbs of Beijing. The river has changed, and the party committee has still followed the rules of the past years: the rewards of the members of the group are only the average number of middle-level cadres in the village enterprises. In the past 20 years, members of the leadership team should receive more than 15 million yuan in bonuses, and nearly 6 million yuan.
