ICBC Internship Diary

I couldn't sleep very early. When I saw the mobile phone, it was only six o'clock. Because I am going to participate in the ICBC Internship Counseling Training Class today, there are still three hours away from the training time.

After half an hour, I got up from the warm bed, dressed up and dressed up, and started from home at seven o'clock. My heart was mourning: What is the number 100 on Baobao Road? I am going there for training today. Is there a large industrial and commercial bank outlet or an ICBC school?

All the mystery is tough at 9:00. The 100th Baobao Road is the training center of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shanghai Branch. It is not a business outlet. There are three universities participating in the training today: East China University of Politics and Law, East China Normal University, and us. Shanghai Finance College.

In the morning, the teacher gave us a detailed introduction to the banking service etiquette. From tomorrow, what we have to do is the assistant to the lobby service manager. This position is very important for many customers.

Etiquette is the norm and norm of behavior formed by people in the interaction activities. As a volunteer of college students, we are the spokesperson of the outlets and the image ambassador of the bank. The teacher asks us to pay attention to our image from the following four aspects: competent, steady, confident, Affinity.

The etiquette in business mainly has four major contents: answering customer questions. Divert customers within the business. Maintain order in the lobby.

In the afternoon, our class was “Introduction to Banking Gold Products”, which was given by Mr. Lin Jie. From the “Financial Account” to various funds, the teacher introduced the specific business of ICBC in detail.

In the past, I saved money at ICBC and took money. I didn’t expect to be an intern at ICBC. Although I only had a sophomore year, it was a good exercise opportunity. I learned international finance and hoped to apply it. To do our part for the development of society!
