Advertising company internship diary

On March 5th, xxxx, I came to the company for 2 months. When I first came to the company, I felt very fresh. Although the company was not big, my colleagues were very enthusiastic and the working atmosphere was very good. In this environment, I started my internship life.

Because the company is in the development stage, and I am new, the work done is relatively mixed. However, I am not afraid at all, because I am coming from a learning attitude. Our department is an agency magazine, so part of my job is to contact the magazine regularly to collect magazines, and then send the magazines to the customers. The most troublesome thing about this job is to call and call often. One thing that looks easy, but the actual operation is not that simple! For example, I am not familiar with the work I just took over, so sometimes I have to make a few phone calls to make the other party annoyed, and sometimes, I politely talk to each other, but the attitude of the other party is extremely Awkward, very unqualified! As me, the responsibility of work, but also patience and politeness to communicate with each other. Therefore, psychological and emotional pressures and tests are inevitable. However, I am very happy, I have persisted. Moreover, they often communicate with colleagues, especially those who do business, because they are the genius of the call, talk to them about their experience, and have a lot of knowledge.

The second job is to sort and archive the magazines retrieved. Since there is no such management program before I came here, I need to explore it, and I feel a bit messy and unable to start with a wide variety of magazines and many unfamiliar workflows. But through my communication with the department manager, I figured out what he meant and what kind of work I needed, and I adjusted my own ideas and working methods according to his requirements. Soon, I made some forms. For different jobs, I made some related tables. For example, the archived table, I put the magazine according to the name of the magazine, the journal number, and the magazines are marked separately. If there is no space, it will be clear at a glance. Which magazine does not have a magazine, it is very simple. The manager was very satisfied with my form and made some better comments, which brought great convenience to my work.

I also deeply understand that work must be brainstorming, and the brain will become complicated and simple. It is necessary to connect theory with reality. What is capacity? This is the ability! Being able to apply something to work and help you work better.

The third is media monitoring, which records information about advertising. In this regard, it should be the closest to my expertise. I used to always advertise in books. Now I am advertising you, letting you analyze it, record it, and describe it in words. I feel that this part of the work has taught me something I haven't learned in books. For example, a very simple matter, the size and position of the magazine advertisement, what is the seal, the cover, the back cover and the cover page, what is the first one, the second one, the color plug, what the bar, the double pass bar and so on. At the beginning, I can't tell the difference, but I have to ask questions. If I don't understand, I can learn a lot.

Another important job is the media issue. To put it simply, the customer's manuscript is reviewed and processed, and the editors of some websites are contacted and sent. This work is difficult for me, because I don't know anyone, it doesn't matter, I don't have experience, I rely on myself to develop slowly! This is also a very happy thing for me, because I can send ten articles from the time I send them, from sending small websites to sending some big websites. Although this is nothing, for me, it is a progress! And in the process of writing, I also saw something that I could not see before.

I used to think that editing, as long as my manuscript is good, I can give the editor, are they not needing materials? However, the actual situation is that you can't do things without giving money to others. Of course, this is the market. The whole society is like this. No money? - Don't do anything! However, I have never touched the society. Although I know it, I have not experienced it. However, this internship, I have come into contact with it, and I have seen some of the realities of society. I feel that I am still childish.

In addition, there are many pieces of work, such as often serving as an "administrative assistant", answering calls, calling a courier or something, sometimes which department lacks personnel, I also want to act as a laborer, these are nothing, because learning, Experience can't be bought with money!

In the two months of internship work, I also made mistakes. For example, I mistyped the files I wrote, indicating that I still lacked in this aspect, and I also tried to type and carefully check. I have also been wronged. Interpretation and patience. I think these things are very healthy and exercise the mental qualities of people.

Now, the internship is coming to an end. My biggest achievement in the past two months has been to learn some ways and means of doing things, especially on the phone. Although there are still some areas to be improved, it has changed a lot, at least No longer so worried! There is also work, the basic process has been mastered, especially in the magazine, it is very rational! But the main thing is that the internship makes me know the society, not as simple as I thought, and slowly learn how to deal with and deal with some things.
