Agricultural Bank Internship Diary
Everything seemed to be very pleasant, and I ended my internship at the Agricultural Bank of China in a friendly atmosphere.
In the short period of one month of internship at this senior state-owned bank, I have made a subversive change in the view of ABC. I think this view should include more than just the Agricultural Bank.

In the past, when I went to the bank to handle business, it was only the simplest deposit and withdrawal, as well as handling account opening and reporting, loss of account, unlocking, and changing passwords, but at most, cross-banking and cross-regional transfer business. And these businesses are just the tip of the iceberg in the bank's complex financial services. The above we are in contact with is the most frequently handled business in personal business. In addition to this, there is also a business for the public. It also includes a variety of businesses for small businesses, as well as a variety of businesses for group customers. The most common use of public business is the management of receipts, various transfers, bank statements, and so on. There are more detailed requirements for special customers who take a larger amount.
The above are the most frequently handled businesses in the banking department. In the customer department of the bank, the situation is different.
In the client department, the vast majority of employees are men, which is likely to be related to the nature of their work. Working in the client department, I need to go out to work frequently, and I have a lot of pressure. I need to have a lot of knowledge. In another aspect, I also need a relatively wide range of interpersonal relationships, good character, and a variety of surprises. The ability of time.
The customer department usually assigns special personnel to handle different businesses, such as credit approval, return orders for enterprises, group customers, credit card processing, small business operations, and so on. In this way, employees can be dedicated to a part of their customers, which reduces the difficulty of employees and makes them more focused on a certain part of their work. On the other hand, it is also convenient for leaders to strengthen management, and can provide targeted guidance to employees. From the customer's point of view, it is also convenient for customers to directly contact the full-time staff without having to turn around.
Although ABC has a good influence on its overall business capability and social contribution, in terms of long-term development, ABC still has a long way to go. First of all, the enthusiasm of ABC employees is not high enough, and the enthusiasm of employees is also to be improved. In addition, in conversations with employees, it can be known that employees are not particularly satisfied with the current salary treatment. Compared with their peers, ABC's treatment is still not enough to attract employees. Third, the cultural identity of enterprises is not strong. Employees' sense of identity in corporate culture is not strong. I believe that corporate culture is optional, and I am not very concerned about “going into the bank” from the spiritual aspect. Finally, there is still room for improvement in the handling fees of ABC's business and the convenience of ABC's financial services. The gap between the customer's requirements for ABC's financial products and the products provided by ABC still exists.
Through the internship of the Agricultural Bank, from the perspective of an incumbent employee to understand the Agricultural Bank, and from a customer's point of view to examine the Agricultural Bank, the experience is far more than the introduction of the bank on the book. Reading thousands of books is not as good as traveling thousands of miles. If you want to really enter the bank and integrate into the banking circle and become a real banker, you can't just rely on the bank qualification certificate you have obtained, and you can't rely on the basic books about the bank that you have read. What is needed is a correct attitude. What is needed is the determination to dedicate to the cause of the bank. What is needed is the perseverance of hard work. Otherwise, they will be disappointed after entering the bank and sigh at the repeated work. Such candidates will not become the ultimate bankers.
