Physical education teacher internship diary
The internship entered the third week. On Monday afternoon, the three principals of the internship unit and our interns opened a symposium, gave us some suggestions and proposed the teaching requirements. The school principal gave us an emphasis on the concept of regional education modernization. We are required to put quality education in front of knowledge education, and in the face of the current decline in the quality of the people, schools should put quality education first.
After this symposium with the internship unit, I am more certain of the skills and ideas that a people's teacher should have:
First of all, to be a teacher, personality and moral education work is in the first place;
Secondly, a good teacher-student relationship and strengthening communication management skills are necessary skills for a successful teacher;
Once again, mastering advanced teaching equipment, teaching philosophy is also very important;
Fourth, in the teaching process, students should be more stressed, from the teacher to the students to actively learn to transform;
Fifth, listen to more classes, communicate more, think more, ask more, learn more;
Finally, the accumulation of security cases, such as the handling of sudden events, and so on.
This week's teaching content is mainly broadcast gymnastics. After two or three weeks of teaching, students can basically complete the whole set of broadcast gymnastics, but they are not familiar with it, and the action is not in place, so the next work is to review, slowly Practice the rhythm of the music to achieve the level you deserve.
On Tuesday, basically every teacher has a task, so the instructor arranged for my class to lead the whole school to practice the broadcast gymnastics. Because I spent three years in high school, I attended the school’s cultural performance and took part in the evening. The master of ceremonies, so the instructor arranged me to take the stage to lead the students to practice the radio exercises. I feel that I am not nervous at all. But when I really stood on the stage, I started to have a little tight voice. When I called the password, I found that my voice had changed. The action was not as smooth as the class. After I came down, I thought about it for a while and found myself. The main problem is that the psychological quality is not good enough. I don't want this shortcoming of my own to appear in the work and life of the students in the future. So during the class, I took some points to take some students to the front of the team to take the exercises. I don't expect them to bring them very well, just I hope they can get mental fitness in this process. After a few lessons, I personally feel that the effect is more obvious, and I will continue this method. I hope that this will allow them to withstand stronger pressures when they are experiencing difficulties.
