Xxxx Resources Co., Ltd. is the internship base of our department. At the end of the first semester of xxx, in our department, it is expected that 18 students will be enrolled in various departments of the company this summer. After a round of interviews, I and 11 other students were arranged in different departments or even different branches for internships from July 16 to August 25. I was assigned to the Customer Service Department of the Red Day Vocational Skills Training School and followed the class teacher xxx.

During the internship time of xxxx days. My main job is to assist colleagues in the department to do what they can, as follows:

1. Responsible for the sign-in of the xx group internal training, and the statistical evaluation form is entered;

2. Organize the materials of the participants in each period to classify, archive, and enter texts;

Third, organize the number of warehouse materials, and put them in categories;

4. Follow up when starting work, be responsible for signing in, and distribute books;

5. Prepare the files for the class and internal training, the check-in form, the meal ticket, the tea, etc.;

6. Print and copy corporate trainers, human resource managers and other relevant materials;

7. Inform the trainees of the opening time;

8. Answer the questions of the participants about the opening of the class;

9. Responsible for issuing various documents such as admission ticket and graduation certificate;

X. Produce the student’s hearing certificate;

11. Keep close contact with the students.

Now that the internship is over, although I have been in the short time of more than 40 days, I still benefit a lot and feel a lot. The main points that make me feel the most profound are as follows:

First, the importance of professional knowledge and other related knowledge accumulation. One of the deepest things I felt during the one-day pre-job training and almost forty-day internships was that my knowledge was not enough. Looking back at my two years in school, it seems that work and study are not very clear. There is no systematic plan. I do what I want to do most of the time, or as a general phenomenon. One month. So there is nothing in the knowledge I have learned, and it is no wonder that I am always thinking about what the university is reading. Without the most basic knowledge as a foundation, it is very difficult for you to do one thing well. The so-called "to be a thousand miles, to a higher level", "you can see far when you stand tall," so I have to organize myself and enrich myself.

Second, the attitude of doing things. There is a saying that "a high degree of attitude, attitude determines everything", during the internship I have more profoundly realized the meaning of this sentence. I can't say that I have been doing things seriously during this time, because I also have time to burn out. In such a bit of burnout, I feel like I don't want to do things. At that time, there will be few things to do for you. Because you haven't taken the initiative to ask what I can do to help you, then you may learn less skills. And when I took the initiative to ask me what I could do to help, I would have a lot of things to do, although sometimes I just copied the information and sorted out the information, but I also taught me a lot. For example, copying, copying materials during the internship is also a more important task for me. One of them I almost dealt with the copier in one week. Now I am more skilled in the operation of that machine than any of my colleagues in the office. It also left a shadow with it, and it really created feelings. To do one thing, no matter how big the challenge it will face, you must first know what your own attitude is.

Third, a good human environment is my favorite. From my personal point of view, one of the more important factors to consider when choosing a career is the human relationship. In these days of Red Sun Customer Service, I can feel that I have spent it in a very relaxed atmosphere. Working there can feel the care of the new employees, and you can feel the harmony between people. There are a total of seven people in our office, all from different places, so during the noon break or in the empty time, we will talk about the snacks and customs in our hometown, and feel the love and homesickness of the other. Feelings. This kind of atmosphere has increased my confidence and courage for future employment. There is reason to believe that in fact, not all of the workplace is intrigue, and there is still true love between people.
