It was very early, and it was estimated that the instructor would go straight to the class just like yesterday, just thinking about calling her at 7:30. There was a teacher in the opposite office. He asked me to go to his office and I went in. I chatted with him and asked him if he was busy with teaching. A female teacher came again in a while, and finally they became complaining. These times, although there were not many teachers, I heard many teachers complaining: complaining that the teacher’s salary is too low, only one or two thousand; complaining that the work is too monotonous, not going to class every day is to correct the homework; complaining is usually too busy, Each teacher teaches at least two classes, and the students' homework can't be corrected; complaining that the education system is not perfect, it is really incomparable with Western education; complaining that students are not obedient, the current students are not good; complaining that students are not good at learning, The task is not finished; complain that the students only know how to play, and they are not interested in learning; and so on. Many teachers have already had a sense of job burnout, complaining about class and changing homework every day, and sometimes bringing emotions to the classroom. Of course, there are also many teachers who are willing to work diligently in their jobs and complete their ideals of teaching and educating people.

At 7:30, I called the instructor and I had to go straight to the class. So I quickly borrowed a stool from another office and moved to the classroom. The classroom was on the fourth floor. After coming to the classroom, I saw that the students were studying English early and I was directly at the end. The first lesson was the English lesson for the instructor. After the class, the teacher introduced me to the classmates, so I went up and introduced myself and said that I was studying psychology. If the students have problems later, they can come. Looking for me, whether you are studying, living or getting along with others, can come and tell me. After class, a female student came to me and asked me some psychological questions. The questions within the professional scope are of course easy to answer, and give them full understanding and empathy, and hope to have fun with the students in the future! Some students asked me to ask for the qq number. I was a little hesitant at first, but I was happy to give them, and they also wrote their own qq number to me. It is an exchange contact, haha. Seeing the students, I feel much better than the previous two days. They are very friendly, very cute, and easy to get along with. They are not under pressure with them. They are very relaxed and very happy. The first two days of depression are not to be seen. It’s gone to the moment when my classmates have disappeared. It feels so good!

All of a sudden in the class for a morning, as the head of the class, more observation of students, to see their performance under the class, fully understand their situation, psychological activities and ways of thinking, in order to prescribe the right medicine, do a good job in class management. Although, I am just an intern, the class management work is not up to me to intervene, but if I observe the problem and talk to them privately, maybe it will help them, and this is me. What I want to do most in this internship.

The first section is English, the second section is Chinese, the third section is art, the fourth section is geometry, and the teacher’s leave is not coming. After listening to these lessons, I found that the girls in the English class were more active. The boys were basically staring at the textbooks. In the language class, the boys were more active than the girls. Only the individual girls were more active. The art class was the art class. The students performed in general. They didn't listen to the teacher too seriously. The teachers didn't care so much. They only talked about their own classes. In the geometry class, because the teacher didn't come, the class cadres took out the workbook to answer the questions. Let the right students go to the podium to talk about how to do it. Although some students will do it, they will not speak much, but it feels quite good. Originally, I was able to give them questions about how to make them, but I held back. On the one hand, I wanted to know the level of my classmates, and on the other hand, I wanted to exercise my ability to solve problems alone. By the fourth class, the students estimated that some of them were hungry. They had already taken a morning class. It felt a little tired, so they were all anxious. They wanted to go to school soon to eat. I remember that we were the same at the beginning, and it is almost the same now. I didn’t have much time to go to class in the last class. Ha ha!

After returning to school after school, the instructor and teacher have already left. I saw a student standing at the desk and waiting for the other teachers to leave. After only two of us, I asked the student what happened. He said that he did not confess the sentence that the teacher would arrange. The teacher said that he would go after the meeting. I was impressed by this student. In the first English class, I was punished by the teacher behind the classroom. After that, I was standing still. I didn’t know when I was called to go to the office. I asked in a gentle tone, then do you have a back now? He replied, no. I asked, do you not like English? I don't know if he is afraid that I will tell him the class teacher or really don't like English. He replied, no. I asked, why didn't you finish your homework? He replied, no time. I asked, what do you do after you go home from school in the afternoon? He replied, eating and doing homework. I asked, is there a lot of homework? He replied, not much. I asked, why didn't you finish your homework? He still answered, no time. Moreover, when I was talking to him, his upper body had been leaning backwards, and he was afraid of wanting to escape. I told him that he should not be afraid of me. Maybe he is still not sure if I am safe for him. Trust, so I am still wary of me. I feel that this matter can't be anxious. After all, in my opinion, my identity is a teacher, and it is estimated that the usual teacher treats him as a student who is not good at learning. He is very strict, hateful and often criticized, so he will let me thoroughly. Rest assured is still very difficult. Therefore, I am not going to learn more about his deeper situation for the time being, and instead pay attention to his problems at this moment, so I asked, then you will read now? He replied, yes. I asked, can you read it to the teacher? So he picked up the sentences he wrote and read it. After I finished reading, I picked up the piece of paper, pointed out some mistakes and how to correct it, then briefly guided the skills of learning English, encouraged him to come slowly, and believed that he could learn well. Throughout the process, I can clearly feel that he is no longer so repulsive to me, and he has relaxed a lot, and he has begun to believe me and is willing to accept me. After that, I patted him on the shoulder and said, hurry to eat, don't be hungry, your body is important, you can eat it after you have eaten, and you have to go to class in the afternoon. The teacher left. He smiled and said, teacher, goodbye. I said, goodbye!

On the way back, I thought a lot, about the teacher, and about the students. My class is the first day, and the students are in a rebellious adolescence. It is a very crucial period. If the students make mistakes during this period, the teachers and parents just criticize, fight, and become iron. If you don't know how to guide it correctly, the students will be more rebellious and may even go in a bad direction. Students are not interested in learning and are unwilling to learn. There may be various reasons. They cannot be considered in general terms as students are not obedient and do not listen. Instead, they should go deeper to understand the reasons, prescribe the right medicine, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. It will be better to educate students. Like this student, he is not a back-to-back, just five simple English sentences, for a few hours, it is impossible to remember, but he did not go back, he did not want to go back, the teacher is not If he does this, he will not do this. He is not convinced by the teacher's discipline. Therefore, teachers should reflect on whether their own educational methods are appropriate and effective.
