Sanxia Township Post Internship Diary

The three-day training gave me a clearer understanding of the role of the teacher and the class teacher. The six teachers have given us important guiding and substantive effects on our class management and teaching issues. Teacher Wang Hongwei's work experience of “study is not tired, and tireless” makes me realize that to be a class teacher, we must constantly learn the sentiments, dare to express ourselves, and constantly reflect and constantly improve in study and work. For students, we must have a heart of fraternity, tolerate the mistakes of students, and give them care and confidence. Listening to Mr. Wang about some of the things she and her students get along with, I can't help but be moved by tears. Maybe I have no chance to work as a class teacher during the semester's internship, but the teachings of these teachers will benefit me for the rest of my life.

Our fifty students and Li together came here to start our new and unusual life. Although we all lived together for only a few days, everyone is very united and helping each other. Now, we have all come to our respective internship schools. Together with the five students who came to the second place, we have formed a new group. I believe that we will unite and love each other and help each other, showing our own style here!

We came here and received hospitality from the xx City Education Bureau and the further education school. The weather was cold, and our enthusiasm made us feel warm. In the dormitory, we installed new electric heaters; on a food, they always changed their minds and tried to make us eat well. The leaders of the training school also came directly to our dormitory to ask if the heating here is not hot, and the warmth is not warm. Their enthusiasm and concern have made me more confident and courageous in the internship.
