The villagers and the grassroots eat a bowl of food, and work overtime in the government no matter how late, insist on returning The family eats, but sometimes there is a super standard reception phenomenon when receiving some inspections and acceptances.

3. In the institutional reform and management of government departments and towns and villages, in the depths of thought, it is always believed that comrades at the grassroots level, especially township cadres, have difficult conditions and hard work, and sometimes wages are difficult to be paid in time. Therefore, as long as the tasks can be completed, The required standard is not too high.

4. Sometimes there are irritations in the work. In the face of fierce competition and financial difficulties, conflicts in income and expenditure, and heavy burdens, the internal pressure is relatively high, and the expectations for some aspects of work are high, so the work is irritating.
