1. Political and ideological work is not in place.
As a branch secretary and principal, there is less communication with the public, and the meticulous ideological work before the school deals with certain issues is not enough. Sometimes people do not understand or even support, which has a certain impact on school work.
2. The organization of the Ministry is not strong enough.
The construction of branch organizations has lagged behind. For many years, no new party members have been developed. The party members of the party branches are ageing. On the whole, they are more stable and less energetic.
3. The consideration of the long-term development of the school is not deep or far.

1. Strengthen political and ideological work, take the hearts of the people as the entrance, and publicize the significance of the school's various work measures, so that the faculty and staff can have more and deeper understanding of the current actual situation of the school and have more understanding and support for the school work. At the same time, listen to the advice and opinions of the faculty and staff, pay more attention to the hardships of the faculty and staff, solve the worries for them, and make the school more cohesive. From the new semester, find one or two faculty members to talk about each week, understand the ideology of the faculty and help them solve specific difficulties.
2. Strengthen organizational construction and enhance the combat effectiveness of party branches.
By absorbing the faculty and staff of the party, especially the young teachers, to participate in the party class study, actively guide them to move closer to the party organizations, care more, stress the burden, focus on training, so that they can grow up as soon as possible and join the party organization as soon as possible.
3. In response to the actual situation of the school, we will try our best to improve the school level. Try more opportunities and carry out some intra-school and inter-school exchanges to provide a broader stage for teachers and students.
