Reserve Cadre Training Program and Measures


In order to implement the "Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and Government", select and train outstanding middle-aged and young cadres as reserve cadres, further enrich the reserve cadre team of our school, continuously improve the comprehensive quality of the teaching staff, and formulate backups based on the actual situation of our school. Cadre training programs and measures:
I. Standards for recommendation and training target All outstanding middle-aged and young cadres who are under 35 years of age and working in the education system have strong political and ideological abilities, strong business abilities, certain organizational coordination and leadership skills, outstanding achievements in their work, and prestige of the people. 4. Improve the cadre talk and education management system.
