I. Teaching and research work
1. Edit and publish the sixth issue of the school magazine "Yuzhong Teaching Research". The editorial tenet of "Jade Middle School Teaching and Research" is to integrate the image publicity and education and scientific research of the school and report the results of teaching and research in a timely manner.
2. Strengthen the work of the teaching and research group. Each teaching and research group regularly organizes two activities every month to discuss relevant teaching and research teaching issues.

3. For the provincial project "Integration of Information Technology and Subject Courses", we will strengthen the writing of the topic papers while doing a good job in resource construction, and strive to publish papers.

Third, teacher training work
1. Teachers who participate in research projects should seize the opportunity to study abroad and improve their theoretical cultivation.
2. Continue to invite well-known experts and scholars to give lectures at our school.
3. There are plans and grades to send teachers out to train.
4. Do a good job of “pairing” the new teachers and strive to mature in a short time.
Fourth, monthly work arrangements:
August:
1. Hold a meeting of the leader of the teaching and research group and the leader of the project leader to arrange the teaching work for this semester. August 10th.
