Departmental functions:

The role of the External Relations Department is to use the resources owned by the Social Welfare Association in the school to negotiate and negotiate with the social merchants in exchange for the proceeds from the activities, to provide funds for the basic operation of the Social Welfare Association, and to exercise the communication and collaboration capabilities of the ditch members. Secondly, actively participate in the activities of the association, focusing on the activities of the associations as a medium to create the greatest economic value, while expanding the influence of the associations in the school.

Management philosophy:

specific measure:

1. Induction training. This is for new members. Through on-the-job training, new members can gain an in-depth understanding of outreach and have a comprehensive understanding of the development status, value orientation, activity process, and management system of the Social Welfare Association. The most essential thing is to master basic work literacy.

2. Regular meetings will be exchanged. The implementation of the regular meeting is a basic summary of the situation in the last week, and a general arrangement for what to do next week. At the meeting, you can share your work experience last week, so as to ensure that scattered knowledge and experience are not forgotten and lost, and these scattered knowledge and experience may be the most needed in outreach activities.

3. Cultural accumulation. Culture is an inevitable topic for an organization to maintain long-term development. First of all, there must be a relaxed atmosphere in the department so that people can gather people's hearts. Everyone can do everything well, and organize more activities within the department, which is conducive to unity within the department.

The following is the work plan of the Outreach Department of this school year:

1. Do your job well and establish a good capital chain guarantee.

2. Establish and improve the outreach system as soon as possible, and cooperate with the association to ensure market fairness.

3. It is expected that other departments and associations of the United Social Welfare Association will hold the "My Youth" speech contest in mid-November.

4. It is expected that the joint celebration of the New Year will be held on December 31st.

5. It is expected that the first "Love Society, Community Association" essay activity will be held in April next year.

The East Campus Association of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, as a school-level organization that manages and serves the East Campus community, plays an important role in promoting the development of its 40 affiliated associations. The Secretariat, as the hub of the Association of Societies, is the window for the community to face the community. At the same time, it is also the link between the Bureau and the subordinate departments of the Social Welfare Association, and the association between the social association and the community. It plays an irreplaceable role in coordinating the relations between the parties.

For the work of the Secretariat, we adhere to the working philosophy and ideas of “respecting the system, respecting individuality, paying attention to details, and comprehensively improving” and gradually improve the work. As the deputy secretary-general, we will lead by example, establish a pragmatic and proactive work style, and take the lead in promoting the development of the association.

One. Do your daily work

1. Daily duty work: Receiving visitors and helping to solve their work difficulties.

2. Collect all the information of the associations and organize and archive the materials.

3. Responsible for the management of the Social Union Finance.

4. Upload the resolutions to ensure the smooth flow of information.

5. Draft the rules and regulations of the Union under the proposal of the Presidium.

6. Complete the tasks assigned by the Bureau.

7. Collect event planning, application, and be responsible for the approval of the event.

8. Coordinate the relationship between the parties and provide a good cultural environment for the development of the association.

Second, strengthen internal construction

System Construction:

1. Regular meeting system: The Secretariat will hold a departmental meeting once a week to exchange and summarize the work of the previous week and arrange for work next week. At the regular meeting, each member must attend the meeting on time and must not meet for no reason.

2 Reward and punishment system: The Secretariat has formulated the “Quantitative Assessment and Evaluation System for the Secretariat of the East Campus Association of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology”, aiming at motivating the staff, improving the enthusiasm of the staff and better doing the work of the association.

Organizational construction:

1. Improve the rules of duty system, regular meeting system and other regulations, and evaluate the work of the staff from various angles to ensure that the members attach great importance to daily work.

2. Adhere to the system and discuss criticism and self-criticism in the regular meetings in response to problems arising in the members, focusing on rewards and criticisms of the members.

3. Encourage the members to improve their work enthusiasm, think about the problems that arise in the work, summarize them, and promote the improvement of work efficiency.

4. Pay attention to the humanization of internal management. When dealing with the relationship between the superior and the subordinate, emphasize the mutual respect, treat each other sincerely, unite and unite, and improve the overall cohesiveness.

The Social Welfare Association is divided into seven departments . Although everyone has a division of work and different tasks, they all seek to develop the social association as a common goal. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen exchanges among various departments of the Social Welfare Department and strengthen unity within the Social Welfare Association. cooperation.
