Ministry of Life work plan

The semester work plan is as follows:

1. Prevent influenza. Investigate the flu knowledge of the students, eliminate the students' fear of the flu, strengthen the students' awareness of the flu prevention, and assist the school hospital to do the flu prevention work.

2. Our department will cooperate with the department leaders and other departments to do the election of the Youth League Committee. We will adhere to the principle of “fairness, justice and openness” to select the new outstanding members of the Youth League Committee Student Union. We will resolutely put an end to those students who are not well-informed and enter the Youth League Student Union. In the Student Union of the Youth League Committee, we always adhere to the principle of "serving the students" and actively contribute to the development of our school.

3. Do a good job in daily bedkeeping, and urge students to clean the bedroom every day to build a safe, civilized and harmonious dormitory environment. From now until the end of September, we are going to launch a “civilized bedroom” appraisal activity in the whole department to promote the safe, civilized and harmonious construction of the bedroom.

The activities include all the freshmen, sophomores and juniors in our school. We will combine regular check-ups with occasional spot checks during the appraisal period, and finally summarize and select excellent bedrooms. We will invite the leadership teachers of the department to commend our excellent bedroom for encouragement. Through this kind of activity, we aim to make our classmates develop a civilized living habit and make students' physical and mental health develop in an all-round way.

4. During the new semester, we will continue to maintain the regular work of the department , that is, regular check-ups on Wednesdays and occasional random checks. Every week we report the results of the inspection to the teacher. Every month, we will conduct a general evaluation, praise the excellent dormitory, and give criticism to the poor bedroom for better development. In the routine work, we have to continue to innovate to better serve our classmates.

5. On Wednesdays, actively cooperate with the Life Department of the School Self-discipline Committee to conduct a check-up and score, and regularly organize joint investigation with other departments to achieve better bed-checking results. At the same time, one-on-one check-ups were conducted every week to test the bedroom of our hospital.

6. When sweeping snow in winter, follow the rules of the school, assign tasks to each class, so as to complete the snow-sweeping work in a timely and efficient manner.

7. Weekly regular meetings in the Ministry of Life, summarizing the work and arranging the next week's work, including cleaning the office at least once a week to facilitate the teacher's work. The regular meeting of the class chairperson will be held regularly, and the work will be staged. At the same time, the class chairman will be rewarded and punished according to the performance of the class, and the next work will be arranged.
