In the past semester, the Organization Department of the School of Economics and Political Science, under the guidance of the leaders of the college, the teachers and the strong support of all the students, the students of our department worked smoothly and achieved certain results.

In the new semester, we will continue to follow the requirements of the schools and colleges, combine the characteristics of our students, develop and innovate, highlight new ideas, make breakthroughs on the original basis, and take a new step. The specific plan is as follows:

First, recruit new jobs. Based on the principle of recruiting talents, we will recruit responsible students with fresh-handed ability and add more vitality to our department.

Second, regular work: 1. To enrich the students' organizational life, expand their horizons, sum up the lessons learned in the last semester, and earnestly carry out the group day activities with the characteristics of our school.

2. Student party building work. Continue to do a good job in the training of activists in the party, continue to find students of all grades and excellent academics, and recommend them to party organizations.

3. Evaluation work. Appreciate outstanding leaders and members in a fair, open and fair manner.

Third, new work. In the current semester, our department will also carry out a series of activities with the characteristics of our department. The specific matters are for discussion.
