Community employment and reemployment work plan


The residents in my community are relatively single, basically employees of the group enterprises, and there are more laid-off and unemployed people, while there are fewer external units and mobile workers. After statistical registration, most of the unemployed in the jurisdiction have been employed or invisible.
This year's major employment work in our community starts from the following aspects:

1. Continue to do a good job in re-employment propaganda and enhance the concept of re-employment of the community .
As a community reemployment worker, we directly face the grassroots people. We must aim at the age structure, knowledge level, and skills of laid-off and unemployed people in the area, and do a good job in publicizing the employment and reemployment policies. Actively search for employment information, actively promote employment policies and preferential conditions, and continuously enhance the employment concept of community residents.

2. Seriously carry out reemployment training and change the concept of career choice.
Further increase publicity efforts, and actively carry out the employment of laid-off and unemployed people and re-employment training. This year, the community will cooperate with the Social Security Institute to conduct a monthly employment professional training course to organize the participation of unemployed people in the jurisdiction to improve their employment skills and knowledge.

3. Strengthen contact with enterprises in the jurisdiction and expand the employment of community members.
Although I live in a prosperous business district, individual small private units such as restaurants and barbershops are relatively concentrated, and there are more employment opportunities, but because of various aspects of wages and salaries. Unemployed people in the community are reluctant to take up the job and lose employment opportunities. This year, we will conscientiously do a good job in the training of employment concepts, take the initiative to contact enterprises, in order to change the concept of joblessness for the unemployed, and develop jobs for many, and promote the development of employment.

4. Organize the unemployed people in the community to participate in employment meetings and grasp employment opportunities.
For all kinds of job fairs, it is necessary to collect information in a timely manner, master the conditions of employment, and strive to provide employment information to the unemployed in the shortest possible time, and provide them with employment opportunities and employment channels as much as possible.

5. Continue to publicize the basic medical insurance for residents, and find out the basics and registration work.

6. Do a good job in publicizing and implementing the social insurance subsidy policy for flexible employment in the community.
