Community management work plan

This year, the community adhered to the guidance of the important thinking of the 'Three Represents' and conscientiously implemented the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. With the creation of “Safe Community ” as the carrier, we will actively promote the process of governing the community according to law, closely focus on community -centered work, further implement the leadership responsibility system for comprehensive management of public security, actively carry out legal education, and strive to improve residents’ legal awareness and Law-abiding concepts, strengthening public security management and prevention, prevention-oriented, prevention and control, doing a good job in safety and civilized activities, doing a good job in preventing juvenile delinquency, creating a stable environment for the community , we are now developing a comprehensive work plan for the whole year.

First, continue to promote the construction of "safe community ". We will conscientiously implement the responsibility system for comprehensive management of social security issued by the Street Work Committee and Office.

Second, continue to earnestly carry out the "five-five-prevention" education activities.

Third, in-depth development of contradictions and disputes investigation and mediation. Further establish and improve the stable working mechanism and system for the investigation and mediation of contradictions and disputes.

Fourth, continuously improve the level of community public security, and rectify the security environment around the community and the community . We will conscientiously do a good job in the prevention of special groups, do a good job in the management and service of the floating population, and provide resettlement and assistance to the teachers, and at the same time strengthen the education of young people who have lost their lives.

V. Comprehensive governance and safe community construction work is an important part of community work. Doing a good job in community comprehensive management is not only the need to maintain community order, but also a major event in ensuring social and political stability.

We will further understand the importance of the construction of safe communities . We must in accordance with the relevant requirements of the higher authorities, innovate working methods, implement specific measures, conscientiously do a good job in community comprehensive management and safe community construction, and effectively maintain community stability.

In 2019, the guiding ideology of my work is: guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and guided by the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, comprehensively implement the important thinking of the "Three Represents", and further strengthen the organization, style, and system construction of the association. Strive to improve the overall quality of the members of the association and enhance the activities of the association. In order to ensure that all aspects of our work can be solidly promoted, the following work plans are formulated:
First, strengthen the ideological construction of the members of the association. We will organize the members to study once a quarter, report the work exchange once, and report back to the community neighborhood committee once.
Second, strengthen the various management systems of the association. Adhere to diligent inspections to ensure that the management system is normalized and standardized.
Third, earnestly grasp the rehabilitation role of the disabled in the community . According to the requirements of the “10th Five-Year Plan” for the disabled in the district, we will do a good job in the rehabilitation of disabled people in this community , and complete the rehabilitation services and training tasks arranged by the disabled and community neighborhood committees.
Fourth, implement the minimum living security system and registration of disabled persons. Provide services for the clothing, food, housing, transportation, rehabilitation, culture, education, employment, entertainment, etc. of the disabled; timely understand the needs of the disabled, help solve practical difficulties, and guarantee the basic life of the disabled.
V. Actively communicate with relevant departments, actively find ways to resettle the employment of disabled persons, and support individuals with disabilities to practice.
6. Caring for the education of children with disabilities and children with disabilities, and ensuring that the enrollment rate of compulsory education for children with disabilities reaches 95% or more.
7. Actively carry out support activities such as “Red Scarf Helping the Disabled”, “Volunteer Helping the Disabled” and “Neighborhood Helping the Disabled”, and combine the annual “National Disabled Day”, “International Day of Disabled Persons”, “International Day of the Blind” and other disabled festivals. Organize volunteers to provide assistance services for disabled people, and do a good job in registering and registering related work, so as to make the disabled and disabled people institutionalized and long-term.
8. Organize disabled people to carry out various health and beneficial activities and improve their overall quality.
9. Fully implement the laws and regulations such as the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Disabled Persons. To ensure that the community's publicity column reflects the work of disabled people; understand the protection of the rights and interests of disabled people in the community , listen to the opinions of disabled people, provide priority, high-quality and preferential legal services for the disabled; regularly visit severely disabled people and stay in Disabled people in the home, do a good job of guardianship for patients with severe mental illness.
