Fourth, implement the minimum living security system and registration of disabled persons. Provide services for the clothing, food, housing, transportation, rehabilitation, culture, education, employment, entertainment, etc. of the disabled; timely understand the needs of the disabled, help solve practical difficulties, and guarantee the basic life of the disabled.
V. Actively communicate with relevant departments, actively find ways to resettle the employment of disabled persons, and support individuals with disabilities to practice.
6. Caring for the education of children with disabilities and children with disabilities, and ensuring that the enrollment rate of compulsory education for children with disabilities reaches 95% or more.
7.
