Community correction work plan

In 2019, in accordance with the work requirements of “standard operation, innovation and development”, we strictly implemented relevant regulations, and strengthened the daily management of corrective objects and strengthened corrective measures around the working ideas of “improving the quality of correction, exploring working mechanisms, and innovating management models”. Promote the healthy development of community corrections, the specific ideas are as follows:

The Community Correction Pilot Work Conference summed up the experience of community correction pilot work, and deployed how to further promote the pilot work, and promoted the positive and steady development of community correction pilot work.

The second is to further improve the quality of correction. Strengthen measures to strengthen the control of the correction target. In accordance with the principle of “positive and prudent, legally regulated, coordinated and coordinated, quality-oriented”, we explore measures such as case correction, classification correction, and psychological correction to continuously improve the quality of correction. Relying on the District Psychological Counseling Center to establish a district psychological correction workstation to establish community correction psychology in 1-2 streets. Actively learn from the advanced experience, explore the establishment of a scientific and rational community correction quality evaluation system, determine reasonable evaluation indicators, and adopt scientific evaluation methods to strengthen the assessment of the quality and effectiveness of community corrections.

The third is to strengthen the standardization of work. Establish and improve various work systems, improve and implement the supervision network and assessment system for prisoners in the community , and explore the investigation and follow-up education management of prisoners in the community . Strictly follow the "Interim Measures for Community Correction Assessment and Punishment" and the "Standards for Community Correction Legal Documents" to ensure the standard operation of the work.

The fourth is to achieve diversified team building. Give full play to the role of the main force of the judicial staff, and actively recruit and train volunteers in community corrections; recruit a group of retired political and legal cadres who have a sense of responsibility and enthusiastic correction work, teachers and other personnel to join the volunteer team. Efforts should be made to cultivate a group of experts in community corrections to effectively solve the problem of doing community corrections, and those who are capable of doing community corrections.

The fifth is to increase publicity. Through objective evaluation and positive reporting on community corrections, we will strive for the attention and support of all sectors of society and create a good public opinion environment for community correction legislation.
