1. Establish and improve the organization of the community's double-support work, timely grasp the basic situation of the object of special care, and establish a special account.

2. Regularly organize double-support activities, especially important festivals, such as the “August 1st Army Day” and “Spring Festival”.

3. Use the wall newspaper and other forms of various forms to carry out the propaganda of the double-support work, and combine the dual-education education work with the patriotism education, national defense education, and laws and regulations.
