Summer vacation plan book format


The plan for the summer vacation is not to say that it must be very strict and simple. As long as you can do it every day, the following is a plan for you~ Oh, I don’t know how.

Get up at 6:30
6:40--7:30 morning exercise
8:00--9:30 morning reading time
9:30--12:30 Free time
12:00--2:00 sleeping
2:00--5:00 Free arrangement
5:00--5:30 supper
6:00--8:00 Reading
8:00--9:00 Stand for one hour against the wall
10:00 sleeping

PS. The breakfast in the plan is not written in the lunch. It is up to you personally. However, no matter when you eat, you must stand for half an hour and then you will be able to lose weight. This is not a problem. It’s up to you to stick to it, otherwise it’s just a blank piece of paper.
