Unconsciously, we passed the first day and left infinite memories. Yesterday, we were busy with the enthusiasm, busy learning, busy training... Yes, when we look back, we are all happy because of yesterday’s results.

Step into the second day, we have the first-year experience, the life of this semester will not be monotonous, we will not be lonely this semester, we intend to carry out a variety of group day activities based on the good group lessons, this semester work The plan mainly has the following aspects:

1. As a group secretary, I don’t know much about the classmates in the class. This will inevitably affect the quality of the group activities and the use of human resources by the branches. So this month I will focus on understanding the classmates in the class. The purpose of the understanding is to effectively use the human resources in the class to build the class, and to design appropriate group activities for the needs of the students, in order to bring more benefits to the students. In order to achieve the above objectives, I need to understand the whole interpersonal relationship in the class, the basic information, hobbies and needs of the students. I need to be able to find out the potential human resources in the class to serve the class construction, and arrange the appropriate according to the actual situation. Give them the task, I want to focus on the situation of the students I work with.

2. The group and group activities will be carried out in a variety of forms, so that the majority of the members will be fully independent, free and active. Every group will have some gains. The group activities encourage everyone to participate actively, on a voluntary basis. The content of the group class is to improve the thinking of middle school students, improve the ability and quality of middle school students, promote the development of middle school students' physical and mental development, interpersonal relationship development, learning progress, pleasant life and active dedication. The group activities should fully combine the opinions of teachers and students.

3. Assist the propaganda committee to do a good job in the propaganda work of the branch and prepare for the construction of the website.

4. Regularly understand the thoughts, study and life of the students, and convene a democratic election of the Youth League branch to recommend outstanding young pioneers as active members; regularly understand the various aspects of the members every month, collect thought reports and read them carefully, and give feedback. Help them move closer to the group organization as soon as possible.

5. Organize democratic life meetings for major hotspots and difficult issues, carry out effective study and discussion, and carefully record texts and pictures.

6. Record the achievements of each student's thought, study, life and work as the basis for the comprehensive quality evaluation at the end of the period.

7. Communicate regularly with the class teacher.
