2019 Student Union Entrepreneurship Work Plan

The new semester has arrived. During this semester, the Ministry of Education has made the following plans for the work of this semester:

I. Departmental construction

1. A detailed and clear division of labor among the departments within the department to facilitate the main role of the Entrepreneurship Department in the campus messenger group, and to ensure a green channel for the smooth development of the activities of various departments.

2. Adhere to the work attitude of the previous semester and continue to work hard to do the job of the Ministry of Entrepreneurship.

3. Strengthen the training of outstanding members of the Department and the training of other members to improve their overall quality and work ability.

4. Take appropriate measures to enhance the spirit of cooperation among the members.

Second, exchange and cooperation

1. Actively communicate with other departments within the group to understand the needs of other departments so as to provide the required resources to other departments in a timely manner. In addition, the knowledge of the members of the department can be expanded through communication with other department members.

2. Get in touch with college graduates to understand their employment and entrepreneurship.

In addition, our department plans to cooperate with other departments to invite professional tutors to give lectures on careers and employment for the students to help them understand the latest employment forms and social developments.

In this semester, our department mainly plans to carry out the above work and activities, strive to do a good job in our department, and do a good job in serving the school and the majority of students, so that they can really benefit from our department.

The new semester begins! Our campus messenger group will also usher in a new work chapter. Since I was transferred from the Ministry of Entrepreneurship to the Secretariat during the last semester, I personally basically did not do anything in the Secretariat. Anything is done by everyone! But everyone worked very well together. From then on, I have seen that each messenger is passionate, harmonious, united, positive, passionate about work, and contributes to himself! Here, on behalf of the Secretariat, I have done the following work plan:

1. First of all, the new selection, the selection of candidates with strong writing skills and organizational planning skills are better at applying files, and will use computers to make simple forms.

2. Simple training for newcomers.

3. Carefully complete each work record.

4. To improve the tasks assigned by superiors with the purpose of “assisting teachers and serving classmates”.

5. Focus on the purpose, and seize the needs of the students to help the planning department plan new activities.
