Develop training officer skills:
As a non-functional department, the Secretariat needs to be in close contact with the ministries and participate in the activities of the ministries to record and supervise. Therefore, in order to comprehensively improve the working capacity of the Secretariat, it is necessary to comprehensively train internal members, clearly understand the functions and work nature of each ministry, and establish a general concept of students. To this end, we will implement the following measures:

2. When assigning activities, try to make each of the Secretariat's officers fully accessible to all aspects of the Student Union , so as to better promote the overall understanding of the work of the Student Union .

The members of the Secretariat have accumulated a great deal of experience in organizing various events by participating in the activities of other functional departments. In short, the Secretariat will, on the basis of summing up past experience, actively explore and be brave in practice, and contribute to the further development and maturity of the Students' Union . We will encounter many difficulties in the specific implementation of the work, but we firmly believe that we will eliminate all difficulties and do our best to do the best work. At the same time, we invite the leaders and teachers to supervise and know, so that our work will be more perfect.
New semester, new weather. As a working group of the Social Practice Department of the Young Volunteers Team of the School of Mathematical and Information, the work is oriented to the off-campus community, Hongqiao Community, and we have a great responsibility. Summarize the experience of the previous teaching group activities, as always, on the basis of daily affairs, pioneering and innovative, I hope that the teaching activities of this semester can bring more joy to the children in the community. First, the group's recruiting work
1. According to the needs of our volunteers in the Hongqiao community, 14 players were recruited. Except for one difficult child who arranged for 4 people to help them, the other five arranged 2 people each.
2, the team members are required to have strong sense of responsibility, have patience, have love, can reasonably arrange their own time, and actively participate in the work.
Second, training for new players
In order to bring better services to the children in the Hongqiao community and to show the good spirit of the young volunteers of the School of Mathematics and Information, organize new members to attend the training meeting. The meeting asked the team members to seriously consider the significance of teaching, and actively exchange and summarize how to communicate well with children and how to help children to do a good job.
Third, do your daily work
Every week, every team member is guaranteed to go to the home of every child in need, to help them check their homework, to solve some of the problems left over from school, and to help them do something within their power. Require the team members to be correct, be proactive, and be sincere.
Fourth, pioneering and innovative - activity construction and implementation
In order to enrich the hardships of children in their spare time, pre-organize the hand-made activities with the theme of “Expanding Your Mind—Art Creation”. The activity can arrange for the team members to complete the production together with their corresponding service objects. On the one hand, it promotes the extracurricular interest of the children, on the other hand, it integrates the emotions of the players and the children. Children’s guardians can also be invited to watch or participate in the event.
In addition, a charity event is also pre-launched. Students who have literary and artistic expertise in the organization college will participate in the charity performance after the rehearsal, and invite the children and their guardians and other residents around to participate in the viewing. The specific plan was introduced and implemented after careful consideration.
Fifth, team building, training talents
1. Hold a meeting in due course and summarize the work. Strengthen internal communication of the team and increase work experience so that the team can strengthen the quality of future work.

Our team members are all new players. Although we have a young job in the early stage, in the next work, we will be responsible for completing our work, learning lessons, summing up experience, and making progress.
