Suggestions for the work of the XX year of the student union
Student Union Office
The number of office officers is the largest among the various departments of the Student Union . How to arrange the work of each officer and bring out its strengths requires careful consideration by the Minister.
In general, the work of the office last semester did a good job, actively cooperating with the activities of the school and other departments.
Suggestions for the department's work this semester:
1. Select a officer in the department to take charge of the information
2. Separate data, meeting materials, class materials, and event materials
3. Do a good job in academic journals.
Organization Department
In the first half of the semester, the work of the organization department was not bad, and the minister and some of the officers worked very hard for the school, especially the minister.
However, the organization’s ability to call for activities in various activities is not very strong. I hope that this call will strengthen the call.
Suggestions for the department's work this semester:
1. Develop a volunteer agreement and identify a list of volunteers. The ratio of male to female is 3:2.
2. The officer can communicate with the squad leader so that he can find the corresponding staff when the temporary activity is encountered.
Department of Culture and Sports
It can be said that it was the most active and hardest part of the last semester. But every time I am busy, I always see the deputy minister and the troupe committee. In the current semester, the Minister can re-adjust the officers so that the officers can help.

1. Add a few cultural and sports festivals to our college.
2. Mobilize the youthful enthusiasm of the students and add color to the students' spare time
Propaganda Department
The Ministers and Directors of the Propaganda Department come from different professions. They are relatively few people with advertising majors. Some of them are “innate” in promoting their knowledge and ability, but the officers are still trying their best to do their best.
Suggestions for the department's work this semester:
1. All members of the Propaganda Department go online to collect various types of advertisements, "eyes determine the realm"
2. Considering propaganda from another angle, propaganda sometimes does not necessarily require posters and websites, such as: advertisements on Pepsi-Cola, advertisements on plastic bags, things that people can often see and easy to see.

Learning department
The Minister and the Director of the Department of Learning are very diligent and serious, but they have not achieved good results in the last semester. I hope that the Minister can strengthen the relative work of the Department of Learning this semester.

2. Implement credits for each department.
3. Have a good group class for the students who have not joined the group.
4. Assist the office in doing the school magazine.
Ministry of Health
The work done in the last semester is not very satisfactory. I hope that with the work experience of one semester, I can get a step in the work of this semester.
Suggestions for the department's work this semester:
1. Arrange the health personnel in the classroom regularly and report the results every week.
2. Develop a “Love the Teacher, Cherish Campus Property” agreement. .
Living section
The students in the Department of Life in the last semester were very hard. They can say that their work is more difficult, but they have come step by step, working diligently at work, never complaining about anything. I hope to continue to maintain this semester.

External Relations Department
