At the beginning of the new school year, the work of the Student Union will be on the right track. For the establishment of the Ministry of Literature and Art, and the development of this year's work, I propose the following plans.

For the formation of the Ministry of Literature and Art, my goal is to build a happy team. In this group, everyone can be happy, united, active in thinking, constantly proposing new ideas, and actively carrying out criticism and self-criticism so that everyone can make continuous progress.

This year's recruiting, art students a lot. This problem was something I never thought of before. The overall characteristics of this group of people are lively, bold, passionate about literature and passion. I am worried that they will not or will not do anything. Later, after understanding them, I found that they all have their own characteristics. Many people have rich literary and artistic experience, and they are basically both literary and artistic and organizational. Many of them have put forward a lot of suggestions for our work during the interview. Based on these characteristics, I hope that this year's Department of Literature and Art will become the most active department in the student union, the most beautiful landscape.

For the management of the department, I think the biggest problem is whether the members can integrate with each other. This is really a challenge for my work. I will do some group activities often when conditions permit, so that everyone can enhance understanding and strengthen communication.

As for the existing cultural activities on campus, I feel that some have lost their connotations, and some have become a habit and a task, and there is no anger. I hope to have some novel and suitable cultural activities for the campus.

Since there is a celebration this year, in order not to delay the preparations for the celebration, there is no big event in the Ministry of Literature and Art before the celebration. After the celebration, the Ministry of Literature and Art planned to hold a party for the variety show. This is an activity that our literary and art department has never tried. I think the campus lacks high-quality variety shows. A good variety show is not only a big platter of excellent programs, but also a good host and a proper theme. The evening time is basically scheduled for the end of November, or New Year's Day. The specific time depends on the objective situation.

Another idea of ​​the literary and art department is to combine the game and the weekend dance. First, it can enhance the attraction of the dance to everyone and increase the ticket income. Secondly, this new form of activity can become the routine of the Ministry of Literature and Art, and the fixed program will be held once a week or once a month. Third, this can also provide a meeting place for the Ministry of Literature and the Students' Union, which can strengthen the relationship between the departments and the harmony of the members. Of course, this idea also needs to be negotiated with the Student Union and the Youth League Committee.
