In this new year, our department will adhere to the work style of the last semester, smile and serve the students, take the problem seriously, and continuously improve the working methods and improve on this basis. Looking back at the work of xx years, there are gratifying and unpleasant incidents. In order to further improve the work and make unpleasant things happen less, our department has specially formulated the following plans.

First, in order to avoid contradictions after the event, in the future value process, the name or shop number of the offender will be ascertained as possible, so that the information of the frequent violators can be effectively grasped, and the class teacher can accurately understand. The situation, solve the problem as soon as possible, and ensure the discipline of the bedroom.

Second, in the process of checking the bed, there is often no room for discipline for a long time, but the class teacher is unaware of it, the head of the room is not responsible, and the deduction is divided into a wrong prescription, which does not help. Therefore, this semester will directly tell the class teacher the serious problem room, please ask the class teacher to solve.

Third, increase the number of random checks, every day to check, some students are obsessed with Internet cafes, do not return to the bedroom after the next night, and go online outside the Internet, we will find them by means of the number of people.

Fourth, go to work in advance. In order to avoid the contradiction between the class and the lights-off, the students will be employed in advance, and observe the dynamics of the students to stop various emergencies.
