Student Union Public Relations Work Plan

In view of the shortage of students in this semester, we will focus on the semester's work to actively assist in the work of various departments and the inheritance and training of personnel within the department.
April:

1. Emphasis on the inheritance and integration of departmental materials, and the establishment and improvement of departmental blogs.

2. Collect activities to be carried out by the various departments of the Student Union during the semester and prepare for the upcoming events in advance.

3. Strengthen the training of internal departmental officers and strive to train each member of the department into an elite.

4. The planning layout is changed from a simple word document to a combination of word and ppt and a variety of audio and video materials, and the planned printing plate is made into hardcover.

5. Raise funds for the “Moderator Competition” of the Ministry of Literature and Art and assist in the preparation of the project. The project takes this event as an opportunity to try multi-departmental cooperation and division of labor to assist in the planning, sponsorship, and activities.

6. Go to the South Campus to conduct a friendship basketball game and strengthen communication and contact.

7. Contact each university, update the address book, and understand and record the work content of each college student's semester, including the content of the event and sponsorship.

May:

1. The establishment of a public relations system group, and organize the departments of the public relations systems of each college to conduct a gathering.

2. Improve the departmental system, set the direction of work, and determine the priorities of the officer.

3. Conduct etiquette training for the student union , and implement a policy for all students to focus on training the members of the student union .
