Student Union Secretarial Work Program

The main tasks of the Secretarial Department in the Student Union are: the coordination of the daily affairs of the Student Union ; the material preparation, attendance, meeting minutes, and conference content of the regular meeting of the Student Union ; the categorization of the activities of the various departments of the Student Union ; the preparation of various types of activity text materials, Print and organize. After discussing and coordinating with other departments, the main work of the secretarial department for this semester is as follows:

Recruitment of departmental officers

At the beginning of the semester, the Secretarial Department will recruit four officers from the freshman level according to the actual work needs. In this semester, we will pay attention to the number of male students recruited, so that we can better complete the binding, transportation and other work in the future. At the same time, according to the usual working attitude and performance of the officer, the project commends the outstanding officers and nominates them as excellent officers of the Student Union to encourage everyone to work harder and harder.

Implement the refined regular meeting system.

In the new regular meeting system of this semester, the requirements of the Ministry of Secretarial Affairs will be refined. The Ministry of Secretarial Affairs will do the following work according to the system and the regular meeting: develop a new student record of the Youth League Committee Student Union ; formulate a student attendance meeting attendance assessment form; Special leave for regular meetings; carefully prepare the minutes of the meeting; timely release and supervise the completion of various tasks to the various departments; timely organize and report the materials submitted by various departments.

Organizing the "Host Contest" and "Debating Competition"

Host competition

Since the launch of the host contest, the participation of the students has been extremely enthusiastic, and the secretarial department will continue this activity during the semester. The competition schedule will be appropriately adjusted, deleted and innovated on the basis of the previous host contest, which will fully stimulate the participation enthusiasm of the students, so that more students can show their own style and strive to gradually mature the “host contest”. It has become a major feature of the “Campus Culture and Art Festival”, a brand event.



Debate Competition

This semester has initially drawn up the organization of the “Campus Debate Competition”. At present, the Ministry of Secretarial and the Ministry of Literature and Art has not yet determined the specific measures for this activity.
