The main content of the work is divided into three major areas:

1 Actively cooperate with the work of the female Ministry of Education.

2 Cooperate with the student union in the hospital and work hard to do all the work;

3 Do a good job in the work of the department, organize a variety of activities, strengthen the female college students' hands-on ability and active campus life.

The specific content of the planned organization activities:

1 In September, we planned to launch a “Beautiful Life” makeup training seminar. In order to enrich the extracurricular knowledge of female college students, lay the foundation for future job interviews, interpersonal contacts, business negotiations, etc., to carry out this lecture for the whole school girls, so that the majority of girls friends can understand the status of social employment and the requirements of business units for girls.

2 Organize the “Dumplings” competition for the new students in the whole hospital. In order to improve the students' unity and cooperation and hands-on practice, the program will be arranged in the middle of the event to give full play to the talents of the students.

3 In March 2008, during the month of girls' activities, the plan was to send flowers to all the girls, watch movies or hold a speech contest to sing great women, organize each class to actively cooperate with the work, and make the event very vivid.

4 Under the leadership of the Women's Workers' Department, in May, the “Top Ten Female College Students” selection activities were organized to strive for the selection of outstanding female university students, so that their spirit encouraged us to grow and learn.

5 In June, we organized a speech contest on family topics, which showed our affectionate enthusiasm not only with wonderful speeches, but also with our actions.
