As we all know, the library is one of the activities of our department. This year, the library was relocated. 2. The regular activities of the library are carried out in a vivid manner:

4. Organize sports associations for public welfare organizations. Organized seven public welfare associations in our school and held a fun games for the public welfare community in the hard playground. 5. Library survey and donation activities. However, we also need to see the shortcomings.

The first is that the scope of the activity is not wide enough and the content is not rich enough. The activities are relatively limited, and most of the activities are always related to the library. In addition, we do not have enough volunteer activities.

Secondly, when doing activities, it is too low-key. In addition to library activities, some activities are not well-informed, and some activities are only carried out within the department. In the past, our library activities always had our own classmates to do, or to do with the love club, but it has long caused a problem that many volunteers do this activity for a long time, and finally there is no enthusiasm, so that afterwards The scale of semester activities is getting smaller and smaller, which is not conducive to the long-term development of activities.

Therefore, I believe that only by strengthening publicity and recruiting more volunteers can we continue this activity for a long time. Before each event, we will send poster notices at the school, volunteers to sign up, and then participate in the activities. 2. Collect more volunteer service information and find colorful volunteer service activities.

In layman's terms, it is to strengthen the outreach, collect some sports competitions, exhibitions, social welfare activities and other activities that require volunteers to participate in the Internet. These activities are rich and colorful, which can arouse the interest of students, and the activity specifications are relatively high. It is a good way to improve the overall quality and knowledge of volunteers, and it will help us to accumulate experience and do more service activities in the future.

At present, we have already contacted Xi'an Qujiang International Convention and Exhibition Center. They will hold regular exhibitions. 3. Strengthen contact with the charity associations of the school and cooperate with them to conduct volunteer service activities. And play the role of our Volunteer Service Corps, help each volunteer service community to organize activities as much as possible, strengthen cooperation and contact between the associations, and provide them with quality activities to guide and help them to carry out activities.

In terms of strengthening cooperation, such as volunteering with Ai Xin, volunteering with Xinglong Township, and library activities, we can strengthen exchanges and cooperation, and secondly, we can carry out such volunteer work by injecting fresh blood.

At present, according to the results just divided, there are 7 public welfare service organizations in our school.

Most of the activities of these associations are mainly external, volunteering activities outside the school, and activities are always carried out within the community, so some activities are not very influential, some organizations can not improve their community reputation, can not absorb more Many members are unable to participate in more activities and even face the danger of being written off.

In the face of these problems, I believe that as a department of the Social Welfare Association, we can do our utmost to help the community improve itself.

First of all, our Volunteer Service Corps can send a resident volunteer to each public welfare society. They can participate in activities or help them to do activities, and score them to make up for the inability of the activity department to score outside the school. Secondly, as a volunteer service organization with rich experience, it is easier to find more volunteer service activities. We can find a lot of volunteer activities by collecting information online and by communicating with other school volunteer service teams. We do these volunteer service activities together with several public service organizations to help enrich their activities. 4. Strengthen exchanges with other school volunteer service teams.

6. Improve the publicity system and increase its influence.
