2019 Student Union Press Team Work Plan
It’s another year of spring and green, and it’s a season!
Recalling the past year, the Shandong Communications College Press Group has achieved gratifying results with the joint efforts of all members. Looking forward to the future, we are more confident in improving the quality of the group and promoting the culture of the hospital!
New year, new weather; new year, new journey; new year, new development; new year, new meaning! In the new year, the press delegation will focus on the following tasks:
First, adjust the internal organization structure of the optimized press group
1. Streamline internal members. According to the performance of the group members, the positive degree of submission and the value orientation of the group, the staff will be streamlined and the elites will be retained to improve the overall quality and cohesiveness of the reporters.
2. Appropriate new and powerful members. A new announcement was issued in each department, and 3 people in each department were restricted. If there is more than one quantity, you can choose according to the test and choose the appropriate one.
3. Further improve the group leadership system. We will do a good job in communication and collaboration among leaders, and establish a good relationship between the top and bottom, so that we can perform their duties. The main leaders should take the lead in guiding, supervising and reminding.
4. Implement a division of responsibility system. The interview department and the writing department established a relatively stable scope of work. Doing interviews, writing, proofreading, duty, school newspapers, etc., the division of labor is relatively clear.
Second, increase the internal study and exchange activities of the press group
1. Regular professional study. Employ or invite professional instructors to give lectures to improve the individual writing level and overall strength of the members of the group; appropriate time-limited simulation training such as interviewing, writing, proofreading, and writing. The sensitivity of the members of the training group to the discovery of information and multi-angle thinking ability.
2. Regular submission system. The internal members of the press group have at least one manuscript per week, and strictly request the quality of the manuscript to achieve archival records. Plagiarism and coping are strictly prohibited.
3. Appropriate rewards. Appropriate assessment of members of the group, appropriate rewards and poster recognition.
4. Focus on the development of the second class. Appropriate activities such as the tea party and spring tour of the members of the group will be held to enrich the after-school life of the members of the press group and the cohesiveness of the group.
Third, vigorously explore the culture of publicity and hospitality
1. In-depth details. The leaders of the regiment promptly reminded the members of the group to go deep into the details of the study, life and work of the candidates. Multi-angle, three-dimensional thinking, explore the culture of the hospital.
2. For the whole school to submit a manuscript. Appropriately carry out the school report draft month, then evaluate, correct, and study the manuscripts, select excellent works, and publish them in magazines.
3. Further strengthen communication with foreign brothers and universities. You can carry out mutual learning week, interactive exchange of friendship month, etc., to learn the strengths and classics of the external school. When communicating, we must pay attention to building our own brand invisibly, and pay special attention to establishing the brand of the correspondent reporter!
4. Communicate important people. Further strengthen communication with school-level leaders, and keep abreast of the opinions, opinions, ideas, and trends of the school leaders. Appropriately strengthen communication with famous people outside the school and famous departments to provide timely and useful off-campus information. Such as alumni, various TV stations, etc.
