In the past semester, Changying has carried out a series of activities under the attention and support of the College Association and the students of the whole school. It has prospered and developed the campus culture and enriched the campus life of the students.

This semester, we will continue to focus on the work center of the college, closely united around the college youth league committee, student union , associations, adhering to the "self-management, self-improvement, self-service" work policy, adhere to the slogan of "Imagine Guangling Shadows with Heart" Innovate, hold more exciting activities, and strive to create a good second classroom environment for the students, to provide a platform for students to fully display themselves. Now, the Changying Society has formulated the following semester work plan based on its own specific situation and the actual situation of our school:

First, the guiding ideology of the community

Adhere to the Chinese style route, focusing on film and television culture, through the screening of popular classic films, organizing film and television reviews, holding film and television dynamics and film and television theory lectures, etc., to provide students with film and television appreciation, improve the film appreciation level, exercise film and television writing and other aspects. 1. Actively introduce talents to make the community vibrant

In order to further expand the scale of the society and provide more opportunities for students who love Chinese culture and film and television culture to learn, exercise and develop, Changying Society will organize freshmen and grandchildren through poster promotion in the school's arrangement and time. The recruiting work of the second classmates, with on-site registration and newsletter registration, resolutely promises that the class will not be promoted and will not occupy the normal learning time of the students.

After the recruitment of new recruits, a meeting of all members will be held to distribute relevant community information and organize new and old members to know each other and exchange ideas. The addition of new members directly affects the next work, so the recruitment of new work is also the focus of Changying Society this semester.

2. Management system of members of the society

Changying Society will hold a meeting of all members every month, and a ministerial meeting will be held every two weeks. The meetings of various departments will be arranged by the ministers according to the work situation. The members of the association decide the main work of the association. The president reports the work to all the members, and gives opinions and suggestions. All members of the club must listen to the management of the superiors. The president also listens to the opinions of the members and corrects the deficiencies.

Do a good job in the re-election of club cadres and promote competent students. The management quality and enthusiasm of the cadres of the associations have greatly affected the cohesiveness and combat effectiveness of the entire association. Therefore, we must carefully and carefully replace the new and old exchanges.

Third, optimize the organization, improve the rules and regulations, and ensure the standardization of work

Fourth, deal with the relationship between Changying Society and the Social Welfare Association and other associations

Participate in relevant meetings of the Association for Social Welfare on time, and actively cooperate with and conscientiously complete the tasks assigned by the Social Welfare Association, actively contact the brothers' associations, actively carry out activities, cooperate with each other, compete with each other, develop together, contact other outstanding organizations of the college, and conduct inter-association Various experience exchange meetings, learning advanced management knowledge from excellent associations, drawing on useful experience, flexibly applying the actual situation of the association, and striving to realize the brand effect of Changying Society.

V. Specific arrangements for related work

1. At the end of September, we will recruit new jobs, continuously expand the scale and influence of Changying Society, and let more talented students participate in community activities.

2. All members will be convened at the beginning of October to arrange the work of the members of the community and complete the selection of the core members of the new club. Organizing the study charter for new members of the association, in order to actively cooperate with the college on the prevention and treatment of h1n1, this group is not prepared to hold any group activities this month.

In March and November, we will cooperate with the community associations of the Association for Social Welfare. In the middle of the year, we will arrange a film competition for the 60 years of outstanding films of the founding of the People's Republic of China, so that the students can relive the history and express their infinite love for the motherland. In the latter half of the year, we will plan and organize the brand activities of our company. One: "Imagine the Guangling Shadow with Heartbeat" video simulation parody contest, and strive to contact the relevant organizations of the new campus to jointly enrich the campus culture of the entire Yangzijin campus.

4. In mid-December, one of our agency's brand activities was held: “Imagine Guangling Shadows and Hearts” dv short film production competition, and try to promote this activity to the entire Yangzhou University, so that every Yang University has the opportunity to put their own Campus life, bit by bit, through the dv, camera, or mobile phone in the eyes of the school's classmates.

5. In January next year, do a good job in the work of the community this semester, hold a research activity of Changying Society, collect the suggestions and opinions of the students through questionnaires, and correct the shortcomings of the society. In order to cooperate with the majority of students to review the exam, this month will not hold other quality activities.
