2019 Youth League Student Union Secretary Work Plan
As the new department of the 2nd Youth League Student Union , the Secretariat will take the communication, contact and exchange as the main opportunity to carry out the work, do the daily meetings of the Youth League Committee Student Association , provide high-quality work briefs and strengthen with the departments, societies, The communication between colleges and universities creates good internal and external environmental conditions for the students . Based on the efficient, practical and serious starting point, it provides a strong support for the rapid development of the Youth League Student Union . The focus of this semester is as follows:
First, establish a sound conference organization system and standardize the daily conference work.
In order to make the daily meeting of the Student Union more standardized and more effective. On the one hand, the Secretariat will improve the process and work arrangement of the meeting, and implement the “division of responsibility system”. The Gaoyang colleagues who are familiar with the work of the Student Union are responsible for the daily meeting organization. Wang Xuefeng is responsible for the signing, recording and uploading of the meeting. On the other hand, the Secretariat will work on the ideological level and strive to make a conference culture!
Second, do a good job briefing, and strive to be a must-read publication for leaders at all levels and grassroots classes.
There are many potential problems and many uncertainties in the work briefing. The Secretariat will work with the guiding ideology of “initiative exchange for recognition”. Under the premise of ensuring the quality of the work briefing, we will take an active attitude and stick to it. We believe that the problem will be solved.
Third, carefully manage the student union blog and make its own characteristics.
The orientation of the Student Union blog: the Student Union 's database, online home, and online promotion window. The clerk department will invest in this piece. In addition to standard management, “going out” will be the focus and network promotion will be expanded.
Fourth, strengthen links with associations and universities, and seek opportunities for cooperation.
It is expected that in late April, the major clubs will be re-elected, and the Secretariat will focus on their work plans for the current semester and seek more opportunities for the students' associations to cooperate with them.
It is expected that in mid-May, if there is no other arrangement, the Secretariat will organize a student meeting of the Sixth University Computer College of Guilin.
5. Help the “Digital Haitang Magazine” to get out of the current situation.
The clerk department will contact and understand the situation of “Digital Haitang Magazine” in the near future, and use the resources and community relations of the Youth League Committee to help them get out of the current predicament and become a college-level society that can survive independently.
