2009 Student Union Work Plan


In order to better develop the student union work of our school, the student union will have a more foothold in our school and let the students get more happiness. I summarize the experience of the last semester, draw on the shortcomings of the last semester, and make the following work plans for this semester:

1. Emphasis on personnel. Recently, it has been found that the increase of personnel in various departments of the student union is quite abnormal. It is said that no matter who you are, you can join the student union with the knowledge of the minister of a certain department. However, if you enter the student union , you will not work, and you will not go to the night to study in the name of the student union . Play or go to the class to go to that class. For this situation, I decided that the student union staff of this semester will be personally selected by me and the vice-president, and I will finish my work in the first two weeks.

2. Work arrangements are in place. At the same time that each department determines the personnel, it must formulate a work plan. The content is mainly for the work arrangement of the personnel. Since there is no clear regulation during the working hours, some officers go to the cafeteria or the canteen to buy snacks during the work, especially the discipline. The officers of the ministry, while managing the night self-study, also ran to the fifth floor computer room to go online. As a member of the student union , since they used the working hours to go online, they seriously violated the student union work system. For this kind of thing, it is therefore necessary to develop a strict and reasonable work plan.

3. Publish on the campus network. I checked the campus network of our school. There are a lot of contents, such as the Youth League Committee, the heart language, the German heart, etc. Only the Student Union has not appeared on the Internet so far. Besides, there are many officers who have said why they are on the campus network of our school. There are no student councils . Therefore, in order to enable students to better understand the student union and support the work of the student union , I hope that this semester will have our own information desk on the campus network.

4. Students will publish books and periodicals. There are several books and magazines in our school. There are heartfelt and green sources. I think our student union will also have a book that belongs to us. It mainly reflects some of the things that our students will do in their daily work and what their students think about our student unions , and shows the talents and strengths of the students . In the books and periodicals, we can introduce some of the situation of our student unions , so that students can understand the student union more deeply and support the work of the student union .

5. Detailed work assignment. I have assigned the work of the various departments of the Student Union. The original nursing team of the Discipline Department will be merged into one team, and the two captains will be designated as the captains of the nursing school team, and the officers of the inspection building will be divided into one. The team, collectively known as the security team, also arranged for a team leader to be responsible for management. The Department of Life is divided into the current two groups by the original floor management, one is the layer management group, the other is the weekend group, the main task of the layer management group is to make the original work, and the main task of the weekend group is responsible for Friday and Saturday. The accommodation management, the staff consists of some students who have not returned home for a long time, the work of the "Ten No" group remains unchanged. The Department of External Relations will also be divided into two companies, the school and the school, and the original contact with the outside world will be changed to the same school. The stylistic part is divided into the sports department and the literary department, and the original style is divided into two parts: the text and the body. The study department was changed to two groups, one is the editorial group and the other is the inspection team. The main task of the editing group is the regular literary arrangement work. The inspection team is responsible for the procuratorial work every morning. The propaganda section is the two departments of the newspaper department and the creative department. The cashier's department, the communications department and the three departments of the radio station and the cashier and accounting departments of the office remain unchanged.

6. Strengthen work tasks. Each department of the Student Union should be linked to the entire class of the school. All departments must contact and communicate with the class cadres of each class. The learning department gets in touch with the study committees of each class. The learning department can use the usual or spare time to find some materials about how to learn, how to help poor students, and organize the study committee members of each class to conduct conference-style learning. And explore. The Department of Culture and Sports can train a few or hire a few basketball referees, so if you have a class to play, you can ask from the referee of our student union . In this semester, the Foreign Affairs Department will check the contact numbers of several communities near our school, so that our students can go to volunteer work during the holidays or go to some lonely elderly people in the community. The brothers' school contacted and organized some cultural programs to go to the community or the old people's home to express their performances. The organization of the program was the responsibility of the Ministry of Culture and Sports. The radio station can do more entertainment activities during this semester, especially in the chorus chorus competition of this semester, the host in the radio station can be hosted on the spot. The Propaganda Department will complete the three blackboard newspaper inspections during this semester. The preparations before each inspection will be organized by the Propaganda Department, such as convening the publicity committees of each class. The Ministry of Life is responsible for the activities of the activities in the dormitory culture section of this semester. The activities are collected by the Propaganda Department to each class and then selected to make a final decision. The Discipline Department is responsible for the continuous and safe work in various activities, such as the dormitory culture festival, the Ban Ge chorus competition, the skill contest and the major education classes. In the “Make Mother Smile” activity in one of the Red May series activities, the Learning Department organized an essay competition for each class, and the Propaganda Department was responsible for publicizing a large amount of publicity work about the mother.

7. Mental health survey. In our classmates, there are some students with psychological difficulties. In order to get them out of their obstacles, I think our Student Union’s Outreach Department can organize some people to investigate in each class, but this investigation must be kept confidential, in order to be better. For the work, the External Relations Department can organize the class committees of each class to observe carefully in the class and report to the external department through the records. The external department reports to the relevant departments according to the statistics, such as Shao teacher or teacher Zhang of the Political and Education Department. If there are some serious things, like some fights, they must be reported to the Political Education Department and some related teachers in time, so that fewer adverse events can occur.

A good student will rely on our joint efforts to create, I hope that our students will be even better and more brilliant in the future!
