First, the initial headquarters construction
1. At the beginning of the new semester, the new work is underway. We will do a good job in the recruitment and training of new members and lay the foundation for the future development of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the process of training, newcomers will be given more opportunities to practice, think and make decisions. At the same time, each new officer will be issued a universally applicable outreach work course for them to learn from, and will carefully summarize during the training process. Exceeding your own experience and lessons in the past, to avoid new people going over their own detours and dead ends.
2. At the same time, our department will also strive to build the internal rules and regulations of the department. The construction of outreaching institutions is an urgent necessity, and only in this way can the continuity and developability of outreach be guaranteed.
3. After the completion of the new project, the officers will be divided into several groups by themselves, and the team leader will be established to define the division of labor within the group. In the initial stage, the planning book writing competition between the groups will be carried out to improve the writing level of the officers.
4. Innovative outreach mode, stipulate that each group is familiar with a company, and establish long-term contact with this enterprise, and encourage team members to communicate with the staff of the other planning department for a long time.
5. The attendance of the department also requires our joint efforts. It is not difficult for a person to do well, but it is not easy to let people in a department do it together. Every time a person is late, every absence will affect the performance of the entire department. Therefore, this semester we must strictly request the officers in the attendance, and we must not let these things affect our department.
6. Establish an evaluation system. After each outreach work, praise and encourage the outstanding officers to improve the enthusiasm of the staff.
Second, the mid-term outreach work
The theme activities of this semester are more and the activities are arranged in a compact manner. “Gold Medal Host Competition”, “Door Culture Month”, “Touching the Talents of the Heavens”, “New Year’s Party”... So give us the online meeting and the task naturally. It has also increased.
1. Plan the activities once. Communicate with many people and pay more attention to all kinds of publicity activities around us, so that the outreach planning we make is more novel and more attractive to the attention of the business.
2. Keep in touch with the merchants who have had exchanges in the past, and try to find opportunities for cooperation again through past understanding and experience. Maintain a good working relationship and strive to establish a long-term sustainable cooperation mechanism.
3. Expand the way of outreach, try to find new businesses and find new business opportunities. Add more opportunities and possibilities for outreach work.
4. Try to use the outreach platform to communicate with non-profit organizations, environmental organizations, and charitable organizations, so that students can serve the society and help the students to benefit the society and enrich their spiritual and cultural life.
5. Encourage officers to exchange experiences and gains in their work, learn from each other, and make progress together.
