The second semester student union work plan for 2019

In the past semester, under the correct guidance of the department leaders, the work of the Student Union has achieved certain results. At the beginning of the new semester, the students will continue to uphold the principle of “serving classmates and exercising themselves”, further improve the rules and regulations, clarify work ideas, innovate activities, enrich the content of activities, and strive to bring the work to a new level. We will start from the following aspects to do the work of the new semester student union :

I. Improve system construction and improve management methods

System construction is the basic work of the student union . A sound system can incorporate the work of the Student Union into a disciplined framework to achieve standardized management of the Student Union . On the basis of the original system, we will further improve the working system of the presidium meeting system and the ministerial regular meeting system; establish and improve the departmental appraisal system and the member appraisal system, and implement the competitive mechanism of the survival of the fittest and the incentive mechanism of reward and punishment.

Second, strengthen ideological education, improve the quality of cadres

In the new semester, a learning-oriented student union will be established throughout the student union to carry out the learning activities of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents." The quality of student cadres is directly related to the implementation of the work of the Student Union and the influence and appeal of the Student Union among the students. To this end, we must carry out a series of theoretical study activities and cadre training activities in this semester to improve the political literacy and theoretical level of student cadres to adapt to the development of the times and the needs of students.

Third, build brand activities, prosper student culture

As a student-organized organization of the whole department, the Student Union shoulders the heavy responsibility of prospering cultural life and promoting the all-round development of students. This semester, students will have a series of cultural and recreational activities, sports competitions, academic practice activities and volunteer service activities with a plan and focus, and strive to make large-scale activities branded and refined. We will use these activities as a carrier to comprehensively prosper the departmental culture, comprehensively expand the quality of students, and create a harmonious and profound department.
