School of Public Administration, Fall and Winter Semester Student Union Work Program

In 2011, Putian Tongqing, the Students of the School of Public Administration will, under the guidance of the Party Committee of the College and under the specific guidance of the Youth League Committee, adhere to the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", implement the scientific development concept, and adhere to the "people-oriented" and " The service concept of “service first” and “innovation in inheritance” is based on serving the growth of young students, focusing on cultivating students’ practical ability and innovative spirit, and taking advantage of quality development activities to give full play to the advantages of the college. Pay close attention to featured activities and brand projects, take the initiative to serve the party and government centers of the college, and continuously strengthen the construction of the student unions , so that the work of our students will be further upgraded. In order to achieve the above objectives, the College Student Association will carry out the following work from September XX to July 2019 with the slogan of a new chapter in public administration:

First, internal construction articles

System Construction:

1. Improve the student assessment system:

Time: gradually improve in specific work;

Participants: All student union members;

Objective: To make the internal assessment, promotion and evaluation of the Student Union well-received;

Content: It includes the general evaluation system based on appraisal of work performance and job responsibility, and the project evaluation system based on test and performance.

2. Improve the regular meeting system of the student union :

Date: The student council's ministerial regular meeting will be held on a weekly basis;

The regular meetings of the ministries will be held in two weeks in principle, depending on the actual situation;

Time: Student Council Ministerial Meeting 21:30-22:30;

The meeting time of each department is self-determined;

Participants: Ministerial Meeting of the Student Union, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Assistant to the Chair, Ministers and Deputy Ministers;

Ministerial meetings, ministers, deputy ministers, headquarters officers, auditors;

Purpose: Review the work of the past one or two weeks, summarize the shortcomings in the work, introduce the recent work, and assign the tasks of each department in the next work;

Provide a platform for communication between the Bureau and departments, between different departments and between different departments, to understand the dynamics of student unions and facilitate information communication.

Content: The meeting will be attended by the system. The ministerial meeting will allow each department to send an officer to attend; the regular meetings will be heard.

Student Council members change:

Time: from the end of August to the beginning of September

Participants: students in the whole school;

Objective: To make the student unions change normally, and all the work goes smoothly; expand the influence of the student unions and enrich and improve the student unions ;

Content: Formulate new schedules for students' meetings, supplemented by certain propaganda efforts, and complete new work for students as soon as possible;

Conduct cooperation activities with old members and new members to strengthen exchanges between new and old members of the Students' Union ;

Train new members for a certain period of time.

Cadre training:

Time: once a month, time to be determined

Participants: all members of the student union ;

1. Purpose: To improve the ideological quality and organizational management ability of student cadres. In particular, strengthen the business training of the Department of External Relations and continuously improve their business capabilities;

Content: Text training, information processing training, and communication skills training for student union members.

Activities: military training; greet new students;

Time: from mid-August to early September;

Activities: Students will fully work on new jobs;

Student Union General Assembly:

Organize a series of lectures for freshmen to adapt to school life, organize old students to help new students exchange activities;

Do a good job in poor students and ensure that poor students apply for scholarships and scholarships on time;

Time: before September 8th; September 10th; throughout the month

Personnel: Student Union ; all students and some teachers of the School of Public Administration participate;

Event: Freshman Talent Competition

Time: early October

Personnel: All freshmen

Purpose: To showcase the talents of the new talents and show the style of public management;

Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of new students, encourage the cultivation of comprehensive quality, and enrich cultural life

Content: The contest can appear in the form of a party, and the specific form is to be determined;

Allow students with multiple talents to participate in different kinds of events at the same time;

After the contest, the "Arts Almighty Award" and various individual awards will be awarded. The specific rules of the competition will be determined.
