The Student Union and the General Rehabilitation Conference ended successfully. I am honored to be elected Minister of Literature and Art and Minister of the External Relations Department. With the aim of “active campus culture atmosphere and enriching the amateur cultural life of the students”, the ministry will contribute to the student union . Our department has drawn up this year's work plan as follows:

1.XX In April of the year, the call for the sports meeting was held for the students of the Resident School, and the Ministry of Sports was actively assisted in preparing for the school sports meeting. In addition, in accordance with the requirements of the Henan University “Challenger” Cup Paper Contest, assist the Department of Propaganda to do this work;

2. In May of XX, in order to enrich the second class of students, we actively cooperated with the Department of Propaganda to hold lectures on the importance of social sciences, and on the basis of this, "My Youth and Social Science" Competition to increase students' understanding of the importance of social sciences and stimulate their love for social sciences;

3.XX In June of the year, in order to send off juniors, a farewell junior party will be held.

4. In July XX, in order to meet the upcoming semester exam, I actively cooperated with the Department of Learning to prepare for the exam, and summarized the work of the Ministry of Literature and Art and the Department of External Relations of the school year from XX to 2011, and also made the literary art for the next school year. Work plans of the Ministry and the Department of External Relations;

5. XX September is the time for freshmen to enter the school. Under the direction of the faculty leaders and the student union , they will actively welcome the freshmen and ensure the successful completion of the new students.

6. In October XX, in order to express the welcome to freshmen entering the school, the distance between the freshmen and the sophomores and juniors was brought closer, and a stage for the talented students was provided, and the opportunity for self-cultivation was held to hold a welcome party.

7. In November XX, we will hold networking activities with other departments or associations in a flexible form and rich in content;

8. In December and January of XX, the Department of Learning is preparing for the semester exam and doing the semester work summary.

The above is the specific work plan of the Ministry of Literature and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for one year. Under the leadership of the department leaders and the student union and the general branch of the delegation, we will actively cooperate with the work of other departments of the student union and try our best to give full play to the functions of the department.
