At the beginning of the new semester, the work of the Student Union of the Youth League Committee of our school has also entered a new stage of development. In order to better cooperate with the smooth development of the work of the Students' Union of the Youth League Committee, we will further strengthen the party building and group building work of our school. The organization department will formulate this semester work plan in line with the principle of serving the students wholeheartedly. The specific arrangements are as follows:

First, the party's organizational construction

The Organization Department will strictly follow the work requirements of the Party Committee and the two committees of the school, in the new semester in the highly responsible attitude towards the party's cause, guided by the spirit of the Party Central Committee, and practice the "three represents" aims. Strengthen the party's ideological and political education among the members, guide the advanced members to move closer to the party organizations, and build a team of activists who "inherit the fine traditions of the party and strive to be the reserve force of the party." At the same time, through strict inspections of party activists, we will further improve the quality of all aspects of party activists, speed up the pace of party organization, cooperate with the party committees and party branches to establish and improve the party organization, and continuously expand the party building team. Specifically implemented into the following four points:

1. Guide advanced members to actively move closer to the party organization and assist the party branch to do a good job in promoting the team members.

2. Regularly recommend outstanding members to the party organizations, to lay the foundation for the determination of the party's activists, and to enter new blood for the party organizations.

3. Do a good job in investigating the active elements of the party and pay attention to improving their own quality.

Second, the organization of the group

The Communist Youth League is the party's assistant and reserve force. The organization of the Communist Youth League is also an important part of the work of the Youth League Committee. The Organization Department will, on the basis of doing a good job in party building, promote "group building" with "party building", in accordance with the favorable group. The activities will help strengthen the education and management of the members, help to play the role of the organization, and strengthen the work of the Communist Youth League. The team building work is mainly divided into standing work and key work! The standing work mainly involves the normal operation of the group system of the college, and the main implementation is mainly as follows:

1. Assist the Youth League Committee to conscientiously do a good job in collecting the group fees and the registration of the membership card.

2. Cooperate with the school league committee and the school league committee to carry out various qualified group member education activities in each group branch.

3. Organize members of our school to study party constitutions and league chapters, and strengthen the ideological and quality education of the members.

4. Instruct the branches of each group to carry out “double study” activities on a regular basis. Each class set up a “double-learning” group, and a “double-learning” activity will be held every two weeks. The content and methods of the activities are not limited, and each group can be flexibly mastered. Through activities, enrich the life of the members of the group, improve the Marxist-Leninist theoretical level and communist ideological consciousness of our students, strengthen their own construction, constantly train themselves in their study and work, actively create conditions in accordance with the Party Constitution standards, and move closer to the party organizations.

5. Standardize the construction of the team branch of the class to ensure the normal operation of the daily work of the class branch. Such as the development of the members, the management of the members, the payment of the group fees, etc. Guide each group to complete the "Memorandum of Work of the Youth League Branch", and require each group branch to standardize the daily management work, so that there are plans at the beginning of the period, and there are summaries at the end of the period, and they are not regularly checked.

6. Guide each group to support the work of “excellent members to promote excellence”.

Third, ideological and political learning

During the semester, the Organization Department will continue to actively carry out current political activities, so that the ideological understanding of the majority of the members of the league will always be consistent with the party organization. At the same time, organize the members of the school to study hard and profoundly understand and work hard to implement the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and improve me. The ideological and moral qualities of all the students in the school show the new style of college students in the new era. At the same time, combined with the party's pre-primary education, make the ideological work of the students in the whole school!

Fourth, social practice activities

In order to meet the requirements of modern people for social development, college students from the school to the outside of the school, integration into society has become a reform direction of modern education. In order to emphasize the importance of college students serving the society, contributing to society, and participating in social activities, they also cooperate with the work arrangement of the Youth Volunteers Association. The Department will combine the professional characteristics of the contract and cooperate with the Youth Volunteers Association to carry out youth volunteer activities. During the semester, the youth volunteer activities in our school are still mainly to help the children of “Qiaan Elementary School”. The specific participants will focus on the classmates of level 06! This semester, we will continue to organize XX-level youth volunteers to participate in the Xiaoan National Small Teaching Activities. It is planned to organize 15-20 outstanding students to open English courses in the 5th and 6th grades of the National Primary School. At the same time, actively promote the "harmonious campus" activities, and guide each class to carry out the social practice activities of the Communist Youth League.

V. Other work aspects

The Youth League Committee has a number of departments under its jurisdiction. As one of the constituent departments, the Organization Department will do inter-departmental work with other departments, coordinate with other departments to do a good job in all aspects, and, if necessary, seek cooperation from other departments. , do the work of this department! During the school year, in the joint construction activities with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Women and other departments built a good communication channel, effectively promoted the progress of the work, accumulated a certain amount of experience, for future work. Six: The characteristic work of this semester project:

March is to learn Lei Feng activity month, our department will carry out related public welfare activities in the middle of each group branch.

In April, we will begin the voluntary education activities in the Xiaoan National Primary School.

In May, the Youth Festival program organized the “Team Branch Festival” in the whole hospital. On the one hand, it enriched the amateur life of the members, on the other hand, it comprehensively improved the ideological consciousness of the youth of the group members, which was conducive to the construction of a harmonious campus.
