At the beginning of the new semester, the sub-committee of the Department of Radio and Television Journalism will begin to invest in new work and study. Looking back at the work of the last semester, there are many deficiencies, but at the same time there are many work experiences worthy of absorption. . We will go to its dregs to extract its essence, and bring some new strengths and blood while bringing advanced work experience to the new semester. Now we will work on the second semester of the XX year of the Broadcasting and Television Journalism Division. The arrangement is as follows:
First, integrate the internal members of the subcommittee. The founding of the former branch committee contributed to the development of the Department of Radio and Television Journalism, but due to some problems in the management and other aspects: the communication between the departments and the departments between the superior and the subordinates is not correct. Some problems have caused differences, and the overall work effect has not been exerted. Therefore, the first task of this semester is to adjust personnel. Set up a new united, positive and happy work team to strengthen the branding of student cadres, build a harmonious campus, establish a civilized school spirit, promote the enthusiasm of school students, and lay a solid foundation for the development of the radio and television journalism department.
Secondly, in order to enrich the students' after-school life and improve their ideological and moral quality, the activities carried out during the semester are as follows:
1. Social practice salon activities. It is mainly to learn what students have learned in the social practice activities they participate in during the holidays, or some touching stories and meaningful experiences. In the form of a program interview, students can exchange experiences and experience the hardships of college students’ employment. In the future, we will be fully prepared for employment.
2. "May 4th Drama Life". Use the stage play and other forms to present the theme of the May Fourth Youth Day. The content strives to be diversified, and the form is not limited to the "May 4th". It will be combined with the four majors of radio and television journalism to mobilize all the students to participate and express their understanding of the theme of "May 4th" in their own way. .
3, the group will. This semester will have a total of four sessions, one monthly, one topic per issue. The form of the group can be varied, the purpose is to strengthen the communication between the students and the students, the exchange between the teacher and the students. Improve the students' ideological and moral quality through the group meeting. The theme of the first issue is "Building a harmonious campus and establishing a civilized school spirit."
4. The finishing of the quality development certificate for college students. Each student has his own file, and the University Student Quality Development Certificate is a written material for the student assessment, which records the student's performance during the school period. At the time of graduation, let the recruiting unit see the situation of the students at school.
5. About the "Professional Code of College Students' Behavior". Archived in the form of a promotional film. Promote the behavioral norms of college students, establish the culture of the radio and television journalism department, and the sub-committee committee cooperates with the department to do this propaganda film.
6. The Sub-Committee will upload the text and photo materials of each activity to the faculty blog and the newspaper clippings of the Student Union . Make full use of the school's propaganda media, publicize the new overall image of the Department of Radio and Television Journalism, and play out the brand of our department.
Finally, complete the various tasks arranged by the Youth League Committee. According to the specific conditions of our majors, we can co-organize some activities closely related to the profession. Within the sub-committee, if necessary, the members of the sub-committee can be organized to participate in field training to improve the team's awareness of collaboration. Exercise your own while enriching your classmates' spare time.
