University Graduate Student Propaganda Department Work Plan

As one of the six subordinates of the Graduate School, the Propaganda Department focuses on the platform of the Graduate Student Association, actively and effectively publicizes the concept of the entire graduate conference and its activities, so that teachers and students on and off campus can pay attention to and understand our Work and actively participate in activities. Under the requirements and guidance of the leaders of the Graduate School and the Presidium of the Graduate School, the following plans are planned for the Propaganda Department of the next semester:

1. Do a good job in the publicity column of the graduate school of the Lianhua Campus and the Jiaochang Campus. First, collect opinions on the postings of the bulletin board, and the content should be innovative and innovative. Second, in addition to promoting the spirit of the graduate school, the publicity column should also pay attention to the usefulness of its content, such as publishing employment information and introducing employment skills. Third, the production of the bulletin board should be eclectic. It should be done in a strict place where the rigorous place is not fancy, and the fancy place is not rigorous.

Second, cooperate with the series of lectures conducted by the Ministry of Education to promote the academic atmosphere of our graduate school and strengthen the academic exchange between our school and various brothers and universities. The work carried out by the Propaganda Department should focus on the school. First of all, in order to make the lectures more attractive to teachers and students, the opinions and suggestions of the teachers and students on the lectures were collected and reported to the academic department. Secondly, post posters and use campus radio and internet to promote posters at our school's Lianhua campus and the field campus. Again, cooperate with the academic department to select and arrange the venue. Finally, cooperate with the Department of External Relations to communicate with the various brothers and universities to do auxiliary work.

Third, cooperate with the Ministry of Literature and Art to prepare for the evening party. First, post a poster to recruit actors for the literary evening. Second, make posters for the literary evenings and post them on the Lianhua and Jiaochang campuses, and publicize the specific time and place of the literary evenings through campus radio. Third, make a program list for the literary evening. Fourth, an invitation letter for the literary evening will be produced and delivered to each invitee.

Fourth, cooperate with the Ministry of Sports to hold various competitions for publicity work. First, do a good job in preparation for the pre-match period, motivate the students to participate in the competition, and encourage students to actively participate in the competition. Second, use posters, radio and internet to promote the whole process of the game.

5. While doing a good job in the work of the Propaganda Department, we should keep abreast of the problems that contemporary graduate students have in their study and life in the spirit of advancing with the times. And hold specific lectures on these issues and organize relevant discussions.
