Work plan of the Ministry of Literature and Art in the first half of 2019
XX years have passed for a long time, and more glory has become a foundation!
11 years is a year full of passion. The new student union is being established. Therefore, everyone in our literary and art department has worked on the work plan of the Ministry of Literature and Art in the second half of the year. My plan is as follows:
Prepare for the "10 Years Celebration" Party
Although we did not hold many large-scale parties in XX, we still got a lot of valuable experience to solve the problems that occurred during the preparations. Therefore, it is a huge challenge to meet us this year. It is a kind of luck to be able to meet such a major event while we are at school. It is a matter of luck. I believe that this event is definitely a concern of the teachers and students of the school. This is undoubtedly an opportunity and a big test for us. Therefore, our event will be the top priority of this semester. For the details of the rehearsal, such as: the reasonable arrangement of the program, the deployment of the instructor, the connection between the various activities, logistics, etc., we will do a good job. We are fully prepared to do everything in our work, unite and use the existing strength, and strive to successfully run this event!
For other literary events, such a semester, if there is only one celebration party, it is not enough. Especially in this semester, our school has welcomed more than 2,000 freshmen. How do we say that these big brothers and sisters also have to perform in front of them? Although the specific activities have not yet been implemented, I believe that our Ministry of Literature and Art has the confidence to put the above. Any activity that has come down has been created very well!
In addition to actively participating in the cultural activities of the institute, in view of the status quo of the cultural and artistic atmosphere of each department, I feel that our Ministry of Literature and Art should hold some cultural activities in various departments to increase the cultural atmosphere of our institute. At this point, we We can learn from some activities of foreign schools and innovate. We believe that the activities are really welcomed by everyone. In this process, we will strengthen exchanges with the literary and artistic aspects of various departments and associations, and plan to strengthen contact and mutual assistance with external schools, such as hosting an event or participating in a performance.
Another big event in recruiting this semester is recruiting new ones. Our ministry decided to recruit new people at the entrance of the cafeteria next Monday. The minister said that five people a day, I hope everyone will be positive. We should remember that we are not a member of the Student Union when we are in a meeting or an event. In fact, no matter where we go, we represent the Student Union and represent our Ministry of Literature and Art. Our image is a kind of student union image. reflect. We want the freshmen's schoolmates to see the charm of our Zhongshan College Student Union .
There are still a lot of things we have to do this semester. At the beginning of the semester, I will do a little planning here. I hope that we can truly implement it, so that all the teachers and students will be able to see our students , so that all students will be proud of our Ministry of Literature and Art!
