In the past six months, we have been sweating. Every day, we are stationed in our assigned classes. When we start to do exercises, we carefully count the number of people in the class. The light spot is not enough. We have to remember the people who lack the reason to be able to proofread with the school. In the next step, we started to be very accustomed to our duties, but in the effort, we found the confidence of the work, we cooperated with the school and class work, and the school and the class were closely linked. In the past, I didn't think about what the sports department could do. It is a real thing to think about the footprints we have walked on, which are left on the campus.
As a sports minister, I am very happy. I am happy that a group of good brothers in the ministry are doing their part, and we are happy that we have achieved good results. However, we cannot be satisfied with the status quo, we must pursue better, we should make a plan for better.
As the senior year is about to take the college entrance examination, the middle and high school students in the sports department have all withdrawn, but the high school students in our sports department have a huge momentum, which accounts for 2/3 of the number. When they leave, we have only 7 people left. For the 25 classes in the first and second grades, the number of people we have is too tight. Everyone needs to count 4 classes. In this way, the counting speed must be accelerated, then the accuracy rate will be reduced. Some classes will still have to remember in the future. The reason is that the person who is not on the exercise has already finished the exercise, so I hope that the school will consider transferring some people to the sports department. According to the two classes per person, we still have 6 people.
If the number of people is equal, we must follow the original duty program:
1. On time, on time, must not be mistaken, there are other things that must be taken in time.
2, carefully count the number of people, do not panic.
3. Maintain discipline and record in time.
4, do not leave the post in advance, you must be responsible for your work, full of enthusiasm for work.
5. Seeing the intense sports activities such as playing basketball and playing football in the classroom, it is necessary to stop it in time.
6. Respect the members of the Ministry and must not insult the other party.
7. Have an aggressive mind and strive to make their own suggestions for the construction of the Ministry of Sports.
The above is what our sports department asks for, so I promised the school that our sports department will work harder, unite members and jointly build a brand new sports department. At the same time, as the sports minister, I will strictly demand myself. In the future work, I will pay more attention to my responsibilities and lead everyone to a new level.
