As the festive atmosphere faded, we ushered in a new semester, and at the same time the work of the Student Union has entered a new track. In the last semester, under the leadership of Mr. Wang and the Presidium, our Student Union actively cooperated with the work of the Student Union . Although there were shortcomings, it achieved remarkable results overall. After a semester of the last semester, we have accumulated a lot of experience. In the new semester, we will work harder and constantly improve our own inadequacies, so that students will develop in a more perfect and harmonious direction, and create greater glories! Therefore, we have developed a work plan for this semester:

The main work of the Presidium is as follows:
1. Execute the college's guidelines and policies, actively assist the teachers, cooperate with the student unions , and complete all tasks in a timely manner.
2. Do a good job in preparation and organization of the marketing marketing planning contest.
3. Organize and coordinate the work of the various departments of the Student Union .
4. Lead the construction of the student union image and style.
5. Improve and reform the work procedures within the Student Union .

The specific work of each department is as follows:
Secretariat:
1. Cooperate with the Presidium and submit the work plan and work summary of the Student Union this semester in light of the specific conditions of each department.
2. Communicate the resolutions of the presidium in a timely manner, do a good job in the application of the conference room, notice of the meeting, attendance and record work.
3. Co-produce the new semester group general branch and student union member duty table with the general branch office. Improve the various systems and cooperate with teachers to promote the work of the Student Union to be more institutionalized and standardized.
4. Responsible for the reporting of the fine activities organized by the Student Union and the timely collection of various files.
5. Cooperate with other departments to do a good job of coordination between various departments.

Learning Department:
1. Innovate and organize some activities related to this major to cultivate the professional qualities of the students.
2. Actively cooperate with other departments to do various activities.

Self-discipline:
1. Do a good job in the freshman's flag raising, morning running, morning reading, late self-study sign-in and discipline inspection.
2. Maintain the order of activities and meetings in the department.
3. Post posters in time so that students can get a variety of information in a timely manner.
4. Assist other departments to do all the work.

Living section:
1. Do a good job in the 07-level student aid loan.
2. Completion of the selection of poor students' scholarships and scholarships.

Entertainment unit:
1. Host the "K-King of the Kings" competition, discover singing talents, and enrich the campus cultural life of the students.
2. Assist the Ministry of Culture and Entertainment in the preparation and organization of the class chorus competition.
3. Create an “Information Park” section to communicate the information of the student district to the students of the Tourism College in a timely manner.
4. Help the Ministry of Culture and Recreation to complete the relevant work of the Tourism Festival.
5. Assist other departments to do all the work.

Propaganda Department:
1. Responsible for the production of various posters in the department, and timely and accurately convey information to the students.
2. Increase publicity and expand the visibility and influence of the marketing department.
3. Cooperate with the Ministry of Culture and Entertainment to complete the "Information Park" section.
4. Cooperate with the Propaganda Department of the Communist Youth League to jointly hold the “Graffiti” contest.

Sports Department:
1. Run the "three to three" basketball game of the traditional boutique activities of this department.
2. Organize the relevant work of the football game.
3. Coordinate other departments to do all the work.

External Relations Department:
1. Strengthen external contacts, provide opportunities for students to work part-time, and improve their practical ability.
2. To sponsor the activities of the King of the K-Song, the football match, the graffiti competition, etc., and provide funding for the event.
