In the last semester, with the hard work of the members of the discipline inspection department, our department completed the work in a more orderly manner. In the new semester, the Discipline Inspection Department will continue to adhere to the working philosophy of “fair, fair and happy work, and disciplined service to classmates”, and serve the students wholeheartedly.

The Ministry of Discipline Inspection's work plan for the semester includes the infrastructure part and the innovation part of the departmental activities.

Infrastructure part:

1. Training of departmental officers

On the basis of the previous regular meeting system, considering that the atmosphere is rather dull at the regular meeting, the content is relatively monotonous and boring, and the process of the regular meeting is too stylized. In order to change the above situation, the game-training officer is added to the regular meeting. The ability to innovate and conduct debates within the department to develop two different aspects of language expression and logical thinking ability, in order to achieve the atmosphere of active and regular meetings, and to improve the quality of the ministry itself. Making a regular meeting is no longer a task-based meeting, but can be done as an entertainment.

2, enhance communication

This semester's Discipline Inspection Department plans to engage in a friendship with the Learning Department and the Organization Department to make our team more united and integrated, to better promote the smooth development of the school's work, and also to add entertainment to the work. Our ministry will expand the cooperation of discipline inspection work to better promote mutual communication and communication between ministries.

3. Rectify internal order

The departmental order of the Discipline Inspection Department must not be relaxed this semester, and a set of discipline systems including regular meetings, attendance, and departmental activities should be developed. We must strictly demand that we do more criticism and self-criticism, become the model of the Discipline Inspection Department, and show our strong organizational discipline and solidarity.

4. Strengthen service awareness

According to the principle of "self-education, self-management, self-service", members of the discipline inspection department should vigorously carry out various activities, enhance exchanges, actively cooperate with the school to carry out various related work, and do a good job in early investigation and investigation of illegal electrical appliances and various activities. Monitoring work, fully assisting the work of the college, so that the activities can be carried out smoothly.

Activity innovation part:

Based on the characteristics of our discipline inspection work, our main work is basic work. Therefore, our work is largely internal work, and there is basically no external work. In order to change this situation, it is necessary for our department to do work. Innovation, therefore, this semester will break the current situation that our discipline inspection department only does basic work, and achieve zero breakthrough in external activities. This event is going to be completed together with the Building Management Committee. The theme is about “the construction of bedroom safety culture”, which is linked to our basic work, and can be publicized to expand the influence of the two departments. , to make brand activities belonging to our discipline inspection department.
