In the past winter vacation, we made a serious summary of the work of the last semester and reviewed the gains and losses. Therefore, now we are fully prepared and ready to meet new challenges with a full spirit and high morale. During the semester, our department will continue to obey the leadership of the school's academic and scientific department, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with other secondary colleges on the basis of maintaining professional characteristics. Strive to push this semester's work to a new level! The following are the specific plans of our department for each job.

First, regular work:

1. Attendance work.

Early check-ups of the classes during the early self-study will help ensure the quality of self-study in each class and promote the formation of a good academic style in our school. Therefore, this ministry will continue to organize study committee members and join the spiritual civilization service squadron to carry out the attendance work. Do it every day and check it every week. Strictly control the quality of self-study in the morning and evening.

2. Reading club.

After a test tour held experimentally last semester, our department has accumulated valuable experience. This semester, we plan to make the reading club daily and large-scale, expand its influence and encourage the students to develop the habit of reading more books and reading books so that they can really benefit from the books.

Second, departmental activities:

1. Actively prepare for the 8th "Qizhen Cup" debate. The 8th "Qizhen Cup" debate contest of Hubei University for Nationalities is about to begin. Our department has been working hard on this matter since the beginning of the school. At first, we started the mobilization of the debater, and then held several simulation games according to the actual situation, so that I can The court debate team played its strength in this debate and strived to achieve excellent results.

2. Specialized four lectures. In order to meet the annual special examination, our department plans to hold one or two special four-level lectures in March, inviting professional teachers to provide professional guidance for the majority of candidates to solve the problems of the candidates.

3. English style contest. In order to meet the 2019 English professional teaching evaluation, and give the students a chance to demonstrate their comprehensive English ability, our department plans to conduct an instant speech, free dialogue, and various forms of English style in the middle of March. Contest.

4. Japanese is right. In order to highlight the professional characteristics of our school, and aiming at the current situation of students' interest in Japanese language learning, our department plans to launch a “Japanese-to-touch” exchange activity in mid-April. The theme of the event is to reach all students in the Japanese Department of our school. Enhance the purpose of mutual learning and communication between Japanese classmates in all grades of our school, and also give Japanese fans a chance to get closer to Japanese.

5. Academic paper contest. In order to carry out the call for the academic paper contest of the Academic and Technical Department of the corresponding student union , the special plan of our department launched the academic paper contest in the first half of April. In addition to strengthening the academic atmosphere of our institute, the 22nd paper contest selected more outstanding. The work lays a solid foundation.

6, Debate Forum, Kaizhen Forum. The collision of thoughts can spark, and our ministry will regulate the timeliness of the forum, so that the forum can truly play the role of exchange ideas and enlighten wisdom.

7. Postgraduate lectures. In order to give guidance to students who apply for graduate students, so that they can become more familiar with and understand the content, methods, skills, etc. of graduate students, and strive to achieve good results in the postgraduate examinations, the Ministry of Education plans to hold a postgraduate guidance lecture in early May.

8. Actively formulate and cooperate with the student union to do the second “Challenge Cup” project.
