Group Federation's new school year last semester work plan

In the second half of 2019, the Youth League held a new event for various associations in September. In October, the Youth League was kicked off. In November, the president training and evaluation activities were held. In December, a group party was held.

In mid-September, the heads of various associations need to be responsible for the new students in the 08th session. All the associations should make their own clubs' exhibits. The responsible persons use the noon and afternoon time to separate the ramps outside the school cafeteria. In order to absorb the new force for your own society, in the middle and late September, members of the community should be re-examined and selected new members who meet the requirements of their own organizations. Naxin of the community has enriched the new campus life. In the new process, you can also show the self-charm of each community.

At the beginning of October, the group federation began to carry out the new students of the 08th session. The heads of the departments need to have registration offices in the West and South Campus respectively, and use the noon and afternoon to register the new students outside the school cafeteria. A week later, the heads of the Youth League's departments in the West Campus Student Activity Center conducted a preliminary test of the students who participated in the registration of various faculties, and then re-tested for three days. They were responsible for selecting outstanding students and becoming new members of the League. . The re-examination list will be posted in the form of a poster at the entrance of the West and South Hospital.

From the end of October to mid-November, the president training and president evaluation activities were held. The event is expected to be carried out in four phases. During the training, we will invite teachers and classmates to teach the president how to better understand the experience of the president. For the president to add some motivation and vitality to the future development of the community. After the first three trainings of the president, the last issue will give the president of the community a speech, talk about the planning and development of his own community and the determination and confidence of the community.

Groups will be held in mid-December, and the associations are expected to start preparing one month in advance and report the programs to the Youth League. After two rehearsals, the final screening of the show will be presented to everyone on the stage. The leaders of the college and the tutors from various clubs will be invited to watch.
