2013 school year student union life department semester work plan

Hello everyone:

On behalf of all members of the Life Department of the 8th Student Union, I would like to do the first semester work plan for 2011-2019. I would like to ask the teacher and the bureau to review it.

At the beginning of the new semester, our college will usher in the freshman of the 08th grade. In order to better implement the policy of the student union to carry out student work in a planned way, realize the purpose of the establishment of the Ministry, and carefully summarize the work based on the previous work. And in view of the specific circumstances of this year, the work of this semester will be arranged as follows:

First, regular work.

1. As one of the important departments of the Student Union , the Ministry of Life will do a good job in the work of the college and the Youth League Committee teachers, and serve the students wholeheartedly.

2. As the logistics department of the Student Union , the Ministry will continue to carry forward the enthusiasm and serious work attitude in the orientation of the New Year, and do a good job of logistical support in the activities such as the Welcome Party. In addition to completing the logistical support for drinking water and food, and maintaining matters related to the order outside the site, the relevant accounts of each department will be carefully checked and reported in the fastest time. Let the departments have no worries.

2. Assist the teacher to do the collection and tabulation of the national scholarships, bursaries, inspirational scholarships and other materials in the previous academic year, and do a good job in filing the materials.

3. After the student union is new, the officers will be trained to enable the new officer to understand the nature of the work and the content of the work as soon as possible, and to invest in the work of the student union as soon as possible.

4. Coordinate with the website, do a good job and further enrich and improve the student conference website. The Deputy Department of Propaganda of the Ministry of Life will communicate with the Department of Public Information in a timely manner, make timely updates, and upload the latest developments of the Student Union in a timely manner.

5. Do a good job in managing the letters of the college. And will be ready to actively participate in the various temporary work of the Student Union under the leadership of the Bureau.

Second, special events.

1. The "Small Pieces, Crosstalks, and Dramas" contest is a traditional feature of our department. This event is divided into preliminary and rematch competitions. The whole process will last for about one month. Our department will convene around October 17. The person in charge of each office will issue an activity notice. Due to the large scale of this activity, we will co-organize this event with the Brothers Department. And will focus more on cross talk and essays. In the competition, some students from the college have been invited to participate in the program as guests. The detailed plan will be submitted to the Presidium after the National Day. This event is the first large-scale event carried out by the Student Union Department. It is hoped that a good start will kick off the activities of the semester.

2. Actively resound the “Young Marxist Training Project” of the college and carry out the “Experience Life, Physical Exercise” activity. This is also the basic understanding and initial practice of the “Qingma” project of the Ministry. The specific time is scheduled for mid-late November. This activity will mainly respond to the requirements of the contemporary college students' volunteer service in the Qingma project and carry out volunteer service for college students. While actively promoting the "Qingma" project, we will actively contact the nursing home to organize some outstanding programs that have won awards in the "Small Pieces, Crosstalk, and Drama" competitions to perform in the nursing homes, and to send the elderly to the university. Caring also enables the majority of students to better carry out this project and realize the significance of the “Qingma” project.

3, "warm card" activities. We should pay more attention to students from Sichuan and Chongqing disaster areas and minority students. Our department hopes to apply for part of the funds or get help from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and send greeting cards or postcards to the students ' homes in the name of the student union . Communicate our love and blessings. This activity not only makes the students and parents feel warm, but also has certain social benefits, expands the influence of the college, and establishes the image of the people-oriented society.

We will launch this event through the Thanksgiving Day on November 22. At the same time, as part of our department's activities at the end of the semester. The detailed plan will be submitted to the Bureau.

Third, new work.

The work of the dormitory is a new work content of the Ministry of Life. Our department will carry out this work in the attitude of serving the students, and will timely convey the specific requirements of the college leaders to the student dormitory, promptly make good notices, and do a good job of starting work for the freshmen. . And provide freshmen with help anytime, anywhere, so that freshmen can adapt to the new dormitory life as soon as possible.

The above is the work plan of the Ministry of Life this semester. Our department will work in this semester with a pragmatic and positive attitude. If there is a lack of hope, the Bureau will criticize and correct.
